The associate that helped me was very communicative, and helped me get the color that I needed in order to best fit the scenario. Most importantly he acted like an actual person with me while we were waiting for the paint to mix. He even tricked me into getting a new brush set. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable sales associates that assisted me both times I've been in there. While the color charts drive me nuts (they are not listed alphabetically or numerically, but by color family) the people there were quick to help out and find me the colors I was looking for. They also helped find the tools I needed, not trying to sell me the Cadillac brands each time! Nice.

I am a regular customer here at this location and I wanted to specifically recognize Jacqueline because she was very helpful in finding what I needed. Always super welcoming and kind. She made suggestions on the type of paint I needed based on the project I was doing amd it was helpful. The staff are very friendly and very helpful even though they are extremely busy. this ability to maintain composure and a good level of customer service, even during stressful times is very important to me. I like going into a store anticipating a positive buying experience and not dreading dealing with testy or rude staff.

The customer service is phenomenal! Especially in these crazy times. It was nice to have someone help me who was able to find my account and look up my past paint orders, make a great recommendation and bring out the paint curbside. Very helpful and courteous.

Great experience! I went online to chose the product I wanted, I called it in and 15 minutes later it was ready for me to pick up. I pulled up in front of the store and they brought it out to the curb for me. It was easy, fast, and super convenient. Impressive.

We went here because of a recommendation from a neighbor that owns a painting business. We were greeted right when we walked in and the gentleman that helped up was great! They have a giant area with tons of wallpaper books and big tables to sit and browse through them.. we will be doing that next time!
