The Home Depot

Bought everything for this pellet stove job from HD. The ceramic tile, the Alaskan stone panels on the wall and even the Comfortbilt pellet stove which works perfect for my house. It’s all good!

I don't know who likes going to The Home Depot more, me or my 5 year old granddaughter. Regardless, it's a safe, clean (give some grace here people~it's a home improvement warehouse ;) convenient place to pick up all of your holiday, garden and home needs.

My first visit to this store, Leighann was a tremendous help at self checkout! Then next time I was at this store after just moving to Leominster, Sarah helped me with Soo many things! She helped me to open my Home Depot Credit Card! They are Both the Best!!! Thank You, Leighann & Sarah! I greatly appreciate all your hard work, help & support!

We needed to address a plumbing issue in a rental unit. My husband spoke to a staff person named William. He was so helpful! He showed us what was needed to make the repair and gave instructions on how to do it. My husband had to go back a couple of times to get additional materials. William was there helping my husband every time. He went above and beyond! Everything my husband needed was in stock. The job got completed. Thank you William!

The Home Depot is a great shopping experience.A wide range of items for your home. Outdoor living, appliances, to large home improvement needs, to gardening needs, or just flowers! The employees are so helpful..one of my favorite stores.

Today I went in for some HDX bins and there was a minor issue with my curbside pickup… Mike the manager couldn’t have been nicer in making the correction. He was professional and very cool. Molly at checkout was great as well. The guy who actually grabbed my storage bins was great too… special thanks to Mike. Good to see, there’s still people who take pride and what they do, and are kind. Thx Mike and Molly… and the other dude who’s name I didn’t get..

Excellent Home Depot Leominster MA. really all the workers know so much. I specifically worked with Stephanie. She spent time with me and was professional kind and explained as much as she could outstanding worker.

My husband and I were at the store yesterday to pick up a dump trailer and mulch (among a few other things). As we were loading our truck, April, an employee, approached us and asked if she could help!! I replied “thank you but if you’re busy we can totally handle it”. She replied “actually it’s time for me to go home but I always have time to help good people”. We had never met April and you would have thought that we had known her for years!!

Thank you to April. The world needs more “Aprils” in it. You have good store with wonderful employees. Keep up the excellent work.

Home depot is the amusement park for creators. You can build anything, refurbishing products available and anything you can imagine to build. The employees always helpful.

Had exactly what I needed. Not sure I care for all the self checkouts however. Having worked in retail most of my adult life I'm wary of peoples honesty. Other than that....great experience.

Busy but quick check out. Nice selection of seasonal items. There is a new process for verifying Veterans status, check the website for details. Great bag of Daffodil bulbs for my garden is a great value and I mY have to go back for more. Great selection of fall flowers that will bloom again next year. Really helped me spruce up a pond garden for less than I expected.

One of the Best Home Depots in Massachusetts. Each and every employee is attentive and helpful and being in retail myself, I know it truly starts at the top with management and it is clearly evident the management team is top notch and respect there employees. Nick, Gary, Francisco, and every manager I have interacted with have been fantastic and a big supporter of our nonprofit!

New home. We bought the Home Depot Book. Its very helpful. I used to say, Can you help me find, (fill in space). Love ordering on line. Can't wait to use the Huge snow blower. Great price!. Just bought new towel bars, through the mail. AWESOME!

Employees were very pleasant and fast to call upon the right department employee to help us out. We bought a stove and the person that helped us, she was totally professional, positive attitude, very enthusiastic and made us laugh at all times. She deserves a 150% credit on excellent customer service. We are extremely grateful to her and 300% satisfied with her work.
