Had a lot more stuff than the spirit by the mall. Really good Halloween store this year and lots of decorations for great prices

Ordered a discounted halloween mask online while I was at the store and was able to pick it up before I even left the store.... Super convenient

I picked up about $90 of helium balloons for my grandson’s birthday. They all escaped and blew away as I was trying to get them into my van. I was devastated. I called the store in tears, explained what had happened, and asked to reorder. The very nice young man I spoke to put me on hold, talked to the manager, and said they would replace all the balloons AND deliver them free of charge. Just amazing customer service and so very kind. Really saved the day. Can’t say enough good things about this store. I didn’t get the names of the manager or the young man but i will find out and let their upper management know what excellent employees they are!!!

Wonderful staff at this Party City. My son is coming my home from being deployed for a year to Japan. The store didn’t have any banners or other stuff for welcoming my soldier home so it was very upsetting. One clerk though, Angela, took extra time to help me find items in the store that would work. She even went to the back of the store to dig through boxes of stuff that hadn’t been opened or stocked yet. The store is bringing out a new line of decorations that are for this kind of welcome home celebration. She made the trip to Party City awesome. I really appreciated her personal attention. Thanks Angela!!!

I should’ve gotten the associate’s name but she was so sweet to help me select cute Halloween balloons for my daughter’s school party at the last minute.

Huge applause to the team at this Party City! I went to three other Party City locations & none of them were able to help me until I finally went to this location in Webster. None of the first three locations could find a product that I would see "in stock" at every single one of their locations but yet they didn't know anything about. As soon as I went up to the counter to ask the store associate about the product, I believe it was the manager that was nearby, quickly took me to the product & asked if that was the item I was searching for. I am beyond grateful for the manager there for giving me fast & efficient customer support!

Great selection of party supplies, decor and costume items for theme parties. Varsity socks are cheaper here than Amazon. Employees were friendly.

Came here to buy two (2) foil balloons for my toddler to play with. Great customer service, clean store display, and we were greeted warmly upon entering the store. It was on a Saturday, so they were busy filling a large balloon order for a child's birthday party. For those who prefer to be in/out, call ahead to check if there's a long wait.

Party City has every kind of theme in balloons, party items, decorations, sports, and holidays!! The place is very clean and spotless also!! The associates are very friendly and polite. Located in an area where there is plenty of parking.

I went today and Julia the cashier was so sweet, helpful and willing to go over a beyond to help me! As far as the other employees on the front in, I can't say that! She needs a raise or promotion, she is someone who I would want working for me!

Went there to do inventory and one of my old bosses was the manager. Surprise. Michael keeps a neat store and all the employees were very nice and helpful. Gonna go back just to buy something next time.

I always love coming here, they have such a great selection. So far every time I have gone, they had exactly what I was looking for. They are not the cheapest but they aren't expensive either, most stuff is reasonably priced. They are the go to place for Halloween costumes!

I found great party supplies for my granddaughter's birthday (that I haven't seen anywhere else, I might add). I also witnessed poor employees being harassed by an angry customer who was in the wrong, but was treated with the utmost respect. It is for that very reason that this location will always be my go to place for party supplies in the future.

The two people who helped me were super patient and helpful. I couldn't find what they directed me to so I asked again where it was and they helped me. I had no idea what I wanted in a balloon bouquet and they helped me out so much with suggestions and ideas. Very patient.

I went to this store earlier today, about 5 o’clock or so. & i just have to say that although it was short staffed the people working worked so well! they worked as fast as they can while handling a rude customer. while i was there there was an AWFUL lady complaining & being VERY rude & so i decided to say something. she threw a huge fit said i had never worked in retail & that it showed(i’ve had 4 jobs in retail) she also told me its my generation that’s wrong with the world disrespecting the old. but as far as i’m concerned, you need to earn my respect. & when you stAnd there & harass & are rude to someone trying to do the best they can do it’s disgusting to me & i won’t just stand by & watch it. so to whoever was working there today i just went to say YOU ARE AMAZING. YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB & ARE SUCH A GOOD WORKER. & PROPS TO YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR COOL BECAUSE I DEFINITELY COULDNT.

Great fun place. The young lady Hope who helped us was just great and so friendly. Will definitely go back for future party needs.

Went there and grab so much stuff. Be careful when shopping there. I thought I needed everything thing related to the theme. And didn't even use or need half of it. Sone of the itiems are misleading. They do this on purpose to make sure that you buy everything. Great place to shop if looking for ideas and decorations for all sorts of things. Primarily kids have a better selection of marvel and disney themes. Decorations can range from, but not limited to napkins, plates, cups, toys, balloons, glasses, and etc. Even though every thing is in expensive. With a lot of things in the basket the price will add up expecially ballons because they charge to fill them up additional to buying them. It is 100 percent worth it. Ponatas and candy is sold there not to many places have pinatas or candy to stuff them. Nut party city does.

Took balloons that I bought off another website to get inflated as well as ordered additional balloons. Service was great and the staff were extremely helpful, even while training other staff.
