Tania went above and beyond! Last minute Christmas party shopping and was patient with me and provided outstanding customer service. Even made me a Pancho for the rain! Lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY!!! WELL DONE TEAM!

Absolutely LOVE JCPenney's for this exact reasons...GOOD bath towels,especially when they are on sale! Easy to navigate app that has proven great for me and made pick up orders so simple! Now here is the best part..they ALWAYS have a pair of shoes I can find for my son whenever he needs a reliable name brand pair to use for every day wear or like most parents,school! Went to alot of different stores only to be disappointed..came here and BAM found him some clean skechers! I also utilized the app coupon! PLEASE DONT CLOSE UP like other stores😆

Vanessa treated us so well. Helped us with a genuine smile on her face. We had been shopping all day and she was by far the most professional, nicest person ALL day. JCP is lucky to have her. Great customer service. The prices are great and the quality is great. We'll return soon.

Employees are very helpful in helping me find what I needed at the Lingerie dept. Also, at Sephora department they help us decide which scent to get for a gift based on the age. THANKS!

The experience was great. Ms. Ashfah helped my fiancé and I. We had a little issue with the cc. So she kept on helping some other customers. Minutes later Ms. Mandy showed up to help and said "where you guys dropped off?" Bad attitude I could say, so I asked her how was het day doing.
To be honest, Ive been working in customer service for quite a while now. And that's not how you treat your customers, and also we are always embrace to smile at least.
After she finished helping us. She just walked away, and Ms. Ashfah came along to say THANK YOU with a smile in her face.

6/30/23 This Baybrook location has gone downhill significantly, it's a mess, hot, and simply looks like an overrun Walmart.

I've never done any serious shopping at this location, but I regularly park at Penney's because there is good parking and it's easy access to the rest of the mall, and so I end up walking through the store often. The store is always clean, and the employees seem friendly. Seems about as nice as any other Penny's I've visited.

I love this store. Is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The fitting rooms are clean, no too much stuff in the rack. Bathro ok ms are clean and smell good. They have a good selection of exercise clothe that is what I went for. And I love the sales they are having and the way you can still using your coupons over that.

I love Penney's it breaks my heart to think of it closing. It is the only place I shop for clothes. It was nice shopping today it was quiet but still nice variety to choose from. I got two pairs of shoes and new purse it was good to shop Penny's again.

Showed up late, like 8:00 on black Friday.
Bought a refrigerator and a large freezer and believe it or not got great service despite the day most of the employees had. Christopher was excellent at his job, friendly and professional. Set everything up for delivery and then helped with some decorating items my wife needed. So thanks for all your help Christopher and thanks to Penny's for a great sale. This is probably my favorite department store for most of my needs.

Excellent service from Rosa in the blind, curtain & shade department. She gave us sooo much info we didn't know and she was very patient, answered every single question we. Very professional and very knowledgeable about products in her Dept. I highly recommend you go to her if and you need window coverings.

This has always been a great JCPenney. They always have great sales plus you can get your hair cut while there. Hey, they even have a Sephora inside for makeup needs and men's cologne. Very clean store.

I went to buy some new towels. The had a large variety, many colors, and on sale prices. At the register, the clerk even used a coupon she had for even more off!
