I have now been to the big lots in Webster at least 3 times in the last few weeks. They have a fantastic selection at this store- my favorite being the furniture department. The first time I went to this store I met the furniture manager Bill. He was SO helpful! He helped me carry everything I bought to my car and even showed me multiple options of things they had throughout the department. I went again today and he once again helped us carry the furniture to the front and checked us out. Thank you Bill for your help. You are AWESOME!

Beautiful store. Highly organized and neat. Everything is priced really well making it really easy to shop. Our cashier Angela was very kind and made our visit fun. Definitely coming back.

Great finds and always on sale

I hadn't been in a while and on Easter sunday (of all days) I needed an extension cord. I called and asked if they carried them, and a very polite gentleman told me that they did, and in various types. I was so surprised when I got to the store. It's completely different! Clean! Well stocked! Great Prices! OMG....spent 2 hours there and over 200 dollars....loved it!

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots however I find the sales receipt difficult to read when it comes to determining what discounts were applied on bought items. Their system is not user friendly and definitely needs to be updated. Even the store manager had trouble figuring out if all of the discounts had been properly applied.

It was better than I imagined 🙂 I went in for drip pans and I walked out with decorating ideas for the whole house..I had no idea they had such wonderful art work and decorative things to spruce up the entire house..their just like a mini Walmart but better ... less busy and more cleaner..I will definitely be back

Hadn't been to store in years so glad I stopped by in Webster. As always spent way to much but found great last minute gifts. Well have to stop again when I'm in the area.

Bought a new screen for patio. Everything was excellent as far as customer service, product, instructions, etc.
I've never been to a Big Lots and now see why they do well. Excellent prices for what you get.

We went in looking around and found some awesome furniture. Bought a wonderful recliner and sofa for under $625. The quality of the furniture is amazing, Ashley Furniture overstock and discontinued.

The Girl at the front today went above and beyond to get me some Gourmet Milk Chocolate Biscuits. I had been wanting these for a couple days. I wish I knew her name, but she was a lifesaver!

I really like going to this location. The associates are always very helpful and the store is very well kept. The prices and availability of products I am looking for make this store one of my favorite stores in the area to shop.
