This is our favorite HEB. We have been shopping here since it opened. We now live closer to 2 other HEBs but we really like this one, so we drive to this location most shopping trips. They have fresh products, a friendly staff, we can find what we are looking for, and we love trying out all the samples- Sarah does a great job! The deli does a very good job of cutting our order just right. The fish and butcher areas always are knowledgeable and helpful. We like all the fresh bakery products as well. They keep the line at the registers moving by keeping them staffed. We use their flower shop, they have fresh arrangements and there is a lot of variety to choose from. HEB always seems to have a fruit that is $0.77 each week, I have found some new fruit favorites with this weekly special!

HEB has great produce and meat departments. Their bakery makes amazing cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and much, much more! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They offer great sales and coupon deals.

This is hands-down my favorite HEB. Everything’s in stock, employees are helpful, and store is clean and easy to navigate. Blooms is my favorite department! The selection is always great and bundles are a great value, especially compared to other grocery stores.

I do many curbside pickups, and very rarely do they mess up my order. If I do find an issue with my order they are quick to fix it or refund me. This is my favorite grocery store and when my family comes to visit they also like to stop by to shop around.

C'mon it's H-E-B... What is there to tell. Well to be honest when I first walked in,(being from out of state), it was as if the heavens opened up and shone down their guiding light on me. There were trumpets to usher in the joyous occasion. And the angelic sounds of Ah AHHHHH!!! Greeted me as I tentatively set foot into the most astonishing grocery store I've ever laid eyes on.

Ask me about Buc-ee's some time.

1st off HEB is started out as a mom and pop Texas store and has grown. One of the things that has stayed the same is their commitment to the community. We went during the kid event, we didn't need anything just wanted the kids to have fun. This location is one of the bigger ones and not within 10 mins from my house. I loved that this location has a bigger bakery selections. They had the normal assortment of baked goods but at this location they also had Truffles and other Delicacies that you would find at high end stores but for a more reasonable price. I loved that they also have fun things for your home. My son wanted the pumpkin man and I wanted the unicorn cake. We had a blast with the face painting and other actives they had around the store. I also got to talk to the manger, he is thinking about offering cake decorating classes as a community event. As far as the cleanliness and products variety and in stock, everything was perfect. You would think with multiple kids running around it would be super messy and what not. Nope! It was super clean and stocked well. The day we went was the Saturday before schools in my area started up again on Monday. So every parent was there for a few last minute shopping items as well as to get the kids out of the house.

I had the best experience and outstanding customer service today while shopping for a bird bath and plants. I was warmly greeted by your employee named Joan. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond to help me. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. Thank you!!

I’ve complained several times, no response.
When I lived across the street the H-E-B assigned to my app for delivery was the store located 8 minutes from me on League City Parkway. I moved across the street and my new store assigned on my app is 35 minutes away in Clear Lake.
My deli items arrive lukewarm and my frozen are thawed. Additionally I can’t buy wine from this store though H‑E‑B tells me I can, the app won’t allow it.
So when I need fresh groceries and wine I use my neighbor’s address or Instacart Kroger. If I’m in a jam and need items that won’t spoil I’ll use my address.
FYI I spend over $1000 in wine per month but H‑E‑B doesn’t apparently need my money.
Terrible IT department, if they have one at all.

LONG LIVE H-E-B!!!!! This HEB is very nice. The store flows nicely and the employees are very attentive to the lines and their customers. I am a little biased. I literally drive 30 minutes away from my home to go to HEB (the only store I shop at) and have an HEB bumper sticker.

Always a great experience. Great varieties of food. Great sales. Great people. Won't shop anywhere else for food ;)

Sunday morning March 15, new reduced store hours. Kudos to the entire staff at our Clear Lake City Blvd store!!! Plenty of staff available to manage long lines at both entrances, manage the restricted items and keep order in the aisles. And every checkout lane was open and double-staffed. Very, very impressive and much-appreciated!

Moved to this neighborhood in early 2018. This is by far the best HEB in Texas. All of the employees I've interacted with go above and beyond to provide good service. A big thank you to Connie who held my daughter while my pregnant wife had a morning sickness emergency.

I live closer to the new El Dorado H‑E‑B. However due to the crowd and selection I drive out of my way to come to this location.

Great store well managed, fantastic staff, all happy to help, the bakery has the best breads in the area,the produce is always fresh, they carry many exotic and special diet items, the cheese section has a better selection than most groceries as well. It's out of the way for me but I'm willing to drive to shop at this store over my neighborhood Kroger

Very nice people and they finally had my sugar cane rootbeer. Went just for that. Clean store. Stocked well, except for the water, that seemed to have been running out as well as the toilet paper (damn covid) yah for the rootbeer though glad to have that back!! 2 cases and going back for more!

Great place! Sorry Kroger on El Dorado and El Camino, the quality and professionalism of the staff at H-E-B makes the shopping experience markedly better.
