Id like to give a huge shot out to the Parmacy. You made my life as a single mother easier. David told me not to worry they’re able to look up my insurance. Kimberly greeted all us customers the same and welcomed us. David did extra work he didn’t have to with a smile and on a world of chaos a genuine smile really made my day. I appreciate you both working today and enjoying your job helping us customers. You made a difference to me today and I’m more than thankful to call this Fry’s my neighborhood Fry’s. Love and light to your team and store. 🦋

Great selection, produce, meat and love their sushi. I am loyal to fry's especially their marketplace locations. Very reasonable prices even tho everything everywhere is going up

It is a supermarket.
Around here in this Phoenix area pretty much there is a supermarket on every 3rd or 4th intersextion.
To me people seem to go to what is closest to their homes. And depends if you work or are retired. If you are working you got a list, go in and pick what you like and probably do not look at the price and the retired people wait for their mail to get the weekly circular and you pick out the big sale items.
And whether or not you are by yourself or a family makes a big difference.
And personally I am TIRED of these games with fuel points or rewards.
JUST LOWER THE PRICES AND STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH OUR MONIES.
Just how I see it.
But I also like Winco and Walmart and target. They all have a few items the other one doesn't or is always cheaper that all the others.
AND BRING BACK THE COUPONS!!!!

Between 11 am to 3 pm is the best time to go. Better parking and less busy Between those times.

I'd like to recognize Lisa today. She's incredibly helpful and lovely to speak with. Easy on the eyes too, just saying. Another lady helped me and my elderly mom while we were in the store dealing with the digital coupons. But Lisa... ❤❤🥰🥰😍😍 Lisa straightened out another new cashier that was going ham on another customer. SALUTE to Lisa.

Wanted to give a big shoutout to the grocery pickup guys Jeremiah and I think Caden (super smiley and friendly) both guys are great, friendly and extremely hard working and I hope get many thank you’s as they probably don’t always deal with the nicest people.

Love this Frys. Well stocked and a friendly and helpful staff.

In & out. Josh in the meat department was very helpful. Helped with our chicken & had great advice for my older dog. Thank you!

I love this store all the way from the kids who collect the carts in the parking lot all the way to the manager everybody's always got a smile on their face I'm willing to help....

Great pharmacy , always kind and patient , SHAR the pharmacist always goes way above and beyond to be so courteous and helpful. It's people like her that keeps customers wanting to come back and feel comfortable and treated very well !! Thank you !! Also Kimberly is very helpful and always considerate and nice . Thank you

Had such a genuinely pleasant pickup experience. Some issues with substitutions/out of stock items and he went above and beyond to accommodate the best he could. Very nice and you can tell he's working so hard, hustling to get to everyone quickly. Thank you for all your help!! See you next time

This is a great store 👌. The people are friendly and courteous and they are always stocked with the items I need.

Good atmosphere and clean for a city store. Prices are fair and often there is something on sale that is well worth the trip. I am a big fan of the Pharmacy as they are very efficient. I utilize their web site and they text me when the medications are ready to be picked up. I have never had to wait very long for my prescriptions. Well run and friendly. This location is by far my favorite Fry's Food and Drug in the Valley.

Fry's was great with customer service, the atmosphere was pleasant, and service was good.

Everybody that works at this Fry's are cool...like D.J...... he's a intermediate bassist 🤔😃🌵

Was in store yesterday and couldnt find what i was looking for so i asked for help and Ron was outstanding! Great customer service! Just an awesome guy with awesome energy!! Thanks Ron!

Went there on Sunday, November 11th at around 8 p.m. and was greeted to the best customer service I have had in a very long time, by an employee named Ashley [presumanly Manager] at the Service Center. Fry's needs more employees like her who understand what makes customers happy and loyal. Ashley went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you again Ashley.

This store is pretty small, the deli is way too small. It would be better to go to another Fry's unless you have to get a couple of common daily things. I wouldn't trust this place to shop for a family of 4 or more. You would not find all that you want.

This is one of my favorite Frys stores. I have 5 Frys grocery stores close to me. This store is well laid out. They always have plenty of stock. Everything is fresh, from the produce to the meat and deli items. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable and always willing to help. Their prices are so much lower than they used to be. The ad items, digital coupons and fuel points make it even better!
