Run down store, out of date product on shelves, and rude service.

This store is just nasty. It always smells rancid and that smell lingers on you when you leave. Its not the food because there are other Allsup’s that don’t have this problem. It’s always dirty. Even the people they hire to work here dress like homeless meth heads. There’s absolutely no level of pride taken in this store. Unfortunately it’s the closest convenience store to my home, but I hate stopping here because I feel like I need to take a shower just from walking in.

Disgusting restrooms - no paper towels, 50% out of order, filthy floor

Restrooms “closed for cleaning” despite nobody cleaning the restrooms and everyone standing around. Figured id give em the benefit of the doubt and let them know i intended to buy gas. They clearly gave no craps, no pun intended.

If there is any kore unforgivable highway side gas station customer service sin i dont know what it is.

Never lie about the bathrooms because your staff is too lazy to clean them.

On a cross country road trip i held on for 2 hours to make it to this specific fuel stop. I took my business elsewhere and i suggest you do the same.

Cashier named Char short changed me a $5 bill. When I asked for correct change she denied it. I asked for camera footage to be reviewed and her register to be audited and she refused. Manager did nothing as well. I reported her. She deserves to be fired.

We have stopped at this gas station/convenience store twice in last month driving to/from El Paso. Will not stop here again. They absolutely do not respect Gov Abbott’s executive order for business employees to wear masks, encourage customers to do so, and just take the most basic precautions against COVID19. Woman behind counter in food preparation area not wearing mask. Both visits. They don’t say anything to customers entering store without masks. Never mind that El Paso and area towns out of hospital and morgue capacity, this store just values not wearing masks more. Evidently more than my business or safety so I will not come here again.

I stopped at this gas station, to buy some groceries after been on the road for 12 hours. After buying groceries i decided to relax a little bit but before getting myself relaxed and even fill my tank with gas. I was kicked out the parking lot by a color guy very angry and arrogant.. if i were you i would never put a step on this store... :( this has been my worst experience ever.....

The women’s bathroom here is disgusting. There is some type of green fungus growing on one of the bathroom door’s sliding lock (the lock also doesn’t work). The soap dispenser is broken. One of the employees was handling the food with her bare hands. I would not stop here again.

I would give no stars, if possible. They refused my service dog when asked what my disability was. According to the law, you can only ask what the dog is trained to do. I will be looking to move this to civil court.
