Was out early on Christmas Eve to avoid long lines. At the IKEA location I was totally impressed by the young crew in DTLR doing their thing early in the morning. Specifically, Moo and Sam. Not only was I greeted professionally and offered the best customer service, by these two, the experience was nothing less than perfect. Moo and Sam communicated with me during my entire visit to assure I was knowledgeable on the items, especially in their age group, to better suit my sons taste. The suggestive selling was serious. They double-teamed me with their sales knowledge, to the point I could not say no. Even the item i originally thought i did not want, I went back into the store to purchase it. My son was super happy with his gifts, as Moo and Sam said he would. Thanks DTLR for having Moo and Sam on the front line to represent your image.
