AT&T Store

My wife and I had a complex list of tasks to do at this store: trade in two phones, buy a new watch, and inquire about the fiber network.

Hayden and Coral were amazing! They answered our questions with professionalism and patience. They helped us set up the phones, complete the watch order and network service. We spent two hours with them and they made sure everything was working before we left. This changed my perception of att retail stores.

They went above and beyond their duties. I had been to two other att stores before this one, but none of them gave us any advice that was in our best interest. At this store, Hayden, Coral and the manager Jad gave us three tips to save money. We were able to save about $60 per month thanks to them.

One thing we learned was that, if you buy an apple series 9 watch at ATT, you get an SE watch for free. I would also recommend you try the fiber network instead of cable, it’s a much better experience. If you need to talk to Att, I will recommend this location.

Finally, kudos to the manager Jad! Thank you for building such a customer-focused team!

Duluth AT&Store on Peachtree Industrial has the nicest associates from the manager and the crew. Their always professional and courteous to me and my family. I feel like a part of a family Everytime I'm there. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel like I'm at home.

The AT&T on Peachtree Industrial Blvd has been a pleasant experience! If you have any problems with your phone, Tron is the man! Tron fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. About 2 hours less than what it took for the phone customer service to ATTEMPT to fix it. Thanks Tron!!!

If you want to get something done correctly, see Tron. We spent over 12 hours combined in store visits and phone support and corporate couldn’t figure out how to port our numbers over. Tron is super knowledgeable and professional.

Phenomenal experience with customer service!! Paco was great with explaining to me and my wife about the different plans and products that were best for our situation. He took the time to listen to our needs and got us exactly what we wanted within our budget!! Even if you live near a different location, drive a few extra miles to this one and talk to Paco!!

Stephanie was the best AT&T employee I have ever had help me. She was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, patient, and a real pleasure to work with. I had made 5 previous phone calls to update my TV and internet service and no one could tell me what my plan would cost. I was ready to cancel my service. Went to the AT&T store to switch phone number and Stephanie told me she could help me- and she did!! Thank you Stephanie for your excellent service, kindness and patience. I had a great experience purchasing a new phone at this location. Zakiya went above and beyond to help me select the best phone to meet my needs and then helped me set it up. Not being at all tech savvy, I really appreciated her patience and expertise - true professional and asset to the company!

First off I'd like to start off by saying visiting 2190 Peachtree Industrial Blvd #100 Duluth, GA 30097 is the best AT&T branded store i have visited. I like going to this store better than a AT&T store. The staff is always friendly, well trained, and is clean. Charles the store manager goes over and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied and that his staff is knowledgeable and products and services. I have observed his staff not knowing the answer to a customers question and them stepping away to speak with Charles for more understanding to advise the customers. I'm often in the area and stop in just to say hi. I I'll always refer my friends and family to this store. Keep up they excellent customer service, and great job that you are doing.

Brianna took care of my request and I could not have been in better hands. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional, had wonderful suggestions and was focused on my needs. She zoomed in on special promotions to save money but never once did I feel pressured. I highly recommend this store and especially Brianna.

I visited the store for a trade in for my phone. The first visit I didn't get anything resolved. They first CSR didn't want to help me but "shoo me off". Although, I handled the situation myself that could have been done in the store when a rep on the phone. BUT, I came back in and the other CSR helped me with flying colors. No issues, no problem of any sorts... he handled it. I forgot the reps name but the one that "shoo'd" me off was indeed "Wesley".

I am so happy to share about my recent wonderful experience at my local AT&T store. I had become frustrated with my AT&T service and older IPhone.
Today, thank God I met a wonderful professional consultant that made me decide to stay with AT&T. Ena Yates ( she did not want to give me her name) but insisted in wanting to take time to personally honor her for her time and patience. AT&T she has renewed my faith in you!!! I had a great experience at this store. I received excellent customer service from Charles. I had purchased my phones from him previously at a different location. I found out that he moved to the Duluth location and traveled from Kennesaw, passing several AT&T stores, just for the service Charles provides.

I highly recommend this location!!! The store is very clean, and inviting. A guy named Tommy helped me upgrade my phone, and gave the best customer service by far. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and I didn’t feel rushed. In the past the outcome has been the total opposite at other locations. I will definitely be the returning to this location from now on!

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my Curbside order. The associate DT patiently walked the through the process of purchasing new accessories. On my second visit Shahina and Antwan assisted me. Antwan generously called around to several other AT&T locations for my daughter a red IPhone 11, located one, personally drove there to pick it up, and brought it back to the store while I waited. How awesome is that! Service was so awesome that I came back, Shahina assisted me for two more purchases.

I went in to get a new phone and to get help understanding my bill. Amir was the one who helped me. He understood my bill so clearly and he also helped me pick out a phone. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I was deciding. He didn't pressure me but helped me efficiently find what I was looking for. I will definitely being going to this store for Amir in the future.

DONTE was amazing!!! He was so helpful to us, showing us all the wonderful aspects of ways to maximize our account and data usage. He was supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable, and we were so grateful! Later, Destiny stepped in and was also very helpful! Thanks for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Donte was quick to recognize MORE than we had arrived to do; we can for one phone upgrade; wound up upgrading 4; a 5th came the next day. Bri followed up on a problem very quickly and rectified it with great professionalism. She also sold us internet service in our new home. Both very professional; very courteous; knowledgeable of the product. A pleasure to spend time with.

I had complicated issue with a corporate cell phone account which took a few calls and some digging to figure out before I could upgrade. Amir was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go out of my way to return to this particular store.

I recently had a problem with my bill. I called to speak with a manager and never did. I was on hold for hours and transferred multiple times. Until i spoke with a rep name charles. Charles was nice enough to fix it. My bill is correct and I’m more than grateful that Charles was able to see to it. Thank you for going above and beyond for me.
