Brandon and Eric make this gas station in Benton the number one gas station. Literally, you can walk in in the worst mood ever and these two guys will make your day. They were very down to earth and very polite. Don’t lose these guys and hope they get more recognition. Be sure to stop by and say hi!!!

Self checkout is everywhere...

This store is consistently staffed with employees that don't seem to understand that a customer comes before a conversation you are having on your phone. Registers are often not working correctly with no indication or signage saying so

If I could give them negative stars I would. They had a slit in there gas line. I stopped my pump as soon as I realized. I asked for a refund. I was in a hurry and had 30 minutes to get back to work. I asked for at least what I didn’t get to pump as I was in a hurry. They refunded what wasn’t used after a 30 minute argument. Then they estimated an amount on the ground which matched exactly what I didn’t get to pump. I asked for that back as it was exactly what I lost and paid for. So I had to take the loss on a gas spill that was circle Ks fault. Made me pay for there gas spill. They also wouldn’t tell me there names and acted like me getting my money back was an inconvenience for them. I feel as if they robbed me literally had i had time I wouldn’t called the cops. I will be calling the better business bureau when I get to work

The self checkout portion of this store is horribly inefficient, paying in cash is horrible as the machine rejects almost every bill placed in the tray. The clerk behind the counter spoke bad English hard to understand and made the whole experience worse. Thankfully nice customers also waiting way too long to pay were a great help. And the fellow with the cool haircut didn’t have time to help out because he was to busy stocking. I do have other options, and will exercise them

Went into make purchase. Two clerks setting on floor behind registers. Inventory or something. I waited for a very rude lady (blonde) to get up and wait on me. She was very unfriendly. Did not say thank you, have a nice day or anything. When Big Red had this business,you were also treated with respect and appreciation .

Will not be back to a self checkout gas station. My hands are full and clerk playing games on her phone. I asked for assistance and she doesn't look up says self check only. I put all my stuff on rack and walked out. Told her she could put it up since she was too busy to get off phone.

Just bought an in date milk that was definitely bad so it's been stored improperly. They also won't answer their phone.

This is the worst! It's dirty, soda machines are always out and half the time they are closed . I've stop 2 times today and they still are not open. And the Mgr is very rude

Pump # 2 and 3 didn’t take my corporate gas card saying error on the screen at the pump. The guy in the cashier this morning blamed my corporate gas card isn’t having money. I said ok to him left to get gas in Kum & Go and my corporate gas card work just fine. Please hire people with knowledge about corporate gas card and customer service, thanks.
