The UPS Store

I came in with an Amazon return and just a QR code - no label yet. The place was quite busy, and I was at the back of the line by the door when I came in. I was out of there in about four minutes and with no issues at all.

Very efficient and effective service! Plenty of parking.. i was highly impressed with the boxing and taping skills of the clerks ☆ great teamwork! Package arrived on time ')

I think these guys really worked on their customer service and training over the past few months. Had a great experience today. Went there today and saw a long line and thought it was going to take forever, but was proven wrong. It was super fast and efficient. They did a good job — kudos for the turnaround.

Latavia was by herself during the lunch rush. She had 14 plus customers in the store waiting to be served. (That number is accurate) She had to answer the phone as well. This young lady was professional, polite and patient. She was knowledgeable and kind. She gave A1 customer service even though she was swamped. There was even an issue that came up with another customer. She took the initiative to figure it out on the fly and got the customer's issue resolved in a timely manner.

This young lady was a great choice to hire. UPS is lucky to have her.

I came in on my lunch break and it was pretty busy. Ruth handled my Amazon return, she was nice and got me in and out quickly! This location will definitely be my go to location in the future!

I went to return some packages today and it was very busy both with phone calls and with customers. Nathan was in there by himself and he was doing a great job! Very polite and still being very very helpful despite how swamped he was with customers. Great job Nathan and thank you for a great quick and easy experience!

Everybody's always finding some way to get bent out of shape over the smallest of things. I love this UPS store location because the people are fast friendly and competent. Today Diamond was multitasking a line out the door all by herself and she did great! Thanks Diamond You Rock!!!

Amazing location! Don’t let the small space or a line discourage you. This THE BEST place to make returns or ship a package because of their quick and expert service!! Long lines move fast and I’ve always had great customer service.

This store was clean and the staff were so much fun!! I appreciate the laughs, as well as the fast amazing customer service!! I think I'll come to this store from now on!!!

This is my ‘go to’ for shipping and returns. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I even show up with Fed Ex packages 📦 occasionally. 😅

Came in for a return for Amazon and the lady working was super sweet and had great customer service

Shipped out 18 boxes to Amazon but i had problems printing my labels on my thermal printer. They let me load my pdfs there at the store and print them off. Not only that but the guy there, Jesus, helped me sort out which labels went with what boxes. He was very helpful and friendly and i would recommend this ups store to anyone.

Brad at UPS was very helpful in finding the right box that fit my unusual items perfectly for a better price than expected. He was very helpful and accommodating and everything went smoothly.

Had a young man help me find a tracking number today that I lost from October and got me the receipt so I could be reimbursed by the company I was shipping at item back to! He was so helpful!! Thank you!

Want to let everyone know that your local UPS store accepts packing peanuts for recycling. Recently received a package that was overstuffed with the styro-foam peanuts and I didn't want them to go into a landfill. Good to know that UPS will reuse them.

This location can get busy at times but the staff has been great at stepping up to the challenge.

I use this location often with our business shipping needs. Brad and Miguel have always been friendly and super helpful ! Great job!
