The UPS Store

This is the third time that I've had the pleasure of visiting this store and I'm not a big fan of doing anything with any type of post service. Usually I'm pretty stressed out about it to be honest with you lol. There is a young lady here named Kyla... she has the best customer service that I have ever received in over 30 plus years. Last time I was in this location I got her name but I could not figure out exactly how to spell it so I did not leave the review. I came back today we joked about that and I told her I'd make sure I got the review in there for her. I've ran companies before and I've managed over 50 plus employees and I know that this young lady here will be very successful in whatever career path she has long term. A great attitude goes a long way, her knowledge is extensive, and she's very well spoken. Whenever you come in this location there's a lot of people and they're usually and it feels like kind of maybe like a high stress environment because you can feel everybody's energy. At this point this is when you see her leadership she takes control the room and she gets everybody at ease as she gets everybody done quickly and gets them on their way! Very impressed 10 out of 10

Awesome service when sending a package. An Asian woman I believe she may be the manager went above and beyond to assist in getting the RMA sent back. Very helpful in explaining and insuring the package was safe in the return. A definite return to this facility.
Caveat: The facility is difficult to see from College Ave. It is almost on College and Sycamore streets.

I use this location A LOT for returns and shipping and the staff here is by far my favorite out of all the locations I use. They are always so helpful, friendly and patient with me and my millions of boxes that I bring in. Very professional atmosphere.

This has been my preferred UPS store since relocating to Northwest Arkansas. The staff working are professional and patient. They ensure that everything they do is done in an organized manner. I applaud them for all the UPS package services they’ve provided for me and my business.

This location has brand new owners beginning today. All their crew are very attentive and caring. They are in the near future also remodeling. Check out this location for great shipping and customer services. The same owners also own the Rogers AR location.

Went to the store and was returning Amazon. It was quick and easy and the the staff were incredible!!!! Thank you!!!

This store is always well run and well organized. On top of that, the fellas work just as well and nonplussed as they have one customer.

The parking lot is almost on the corner next Radio Shack with another store between them. If you don’t slow down just after the light you will by pass UPS.

Friendly staff and the shipping was quick and easy.

Jordan was a huge help, carrying packages inside and patiently processing international packages, despite having to redo it twice due to my error. Very much appreciated his courteousness and professionalism.

Man I sat in the parking lot confused by the boxes and the packaging and the labels…. And then there was BRAD!!!! He took my worries and all my packaging and hooked me up in nothing flat!!! I use the UPS store regularly for shipping, and my company uses it for our mailbox. I have never, ever, experienced anything less than a friendly smile, courtesy, and efficiency from the staff. They check ship-to addresses, and they ask the customer to re-check and sign to confirm accuracy of the address.

Not sure who I talked to at this store, but I called after getting frustrated trying to find information online. I had several questions that weren’t all directly related to dropping my package off at the store. The employee answered all of them patiently and even made helpful suggestions.

Set up a PBM today and was very impressed with with the service I received! Sydney multi-tasked beautifully and took care of my situation while helping a few other people get in and out quickly. She is a huge asset, don’t let her go!
