I have been into the store a few times and each time i’ve only had good experiences. Katye, the manager was so sweet and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for nice and helpful people to help guide you when picking a phone or a plan!

Poorly trained staff that didn't seem to actually want to work. Doors were locked at 130pm on a Saturday and the employee "wasn't comfortable" taking our business, nor did she seem comfortable contacting a manager. This screams poor management. I would suggest the owners restructure staff and training protocols. We went down the street to the Verizon off race and had our business handled seamlessly. That's the difference between having staff that want to work vs those who want to collect a paycheck while playing on thier phones all day.

Talked into paying $1000 for 2 new phones. Ended up paying $3000 and forced into a $250 phone plan. Wish I would of went to Walmart.

Very bad experience at this store. Beware.
