There wasn't much hope for my laptop after a BIOS update (prompted by the machine) fried the motherboard. Josh rescued my hard drive and transferred some files to my external drive, all for no charge. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The movers damaged my computer in a move from Los Angeles to Arkansas. The Owner was able to take a look at the damage and quickly access the situation to find a solution. I dropped off the computer thinking it would take a week to repair, but to my surprise the computer was fixed and working great the next day! If you need Computer service in the Searcy, AR area, I highly recommend this company!

NSC helped me with my first computer build. They helped to troubleshoot some of the problems I had. I also had NSC also custom loop water cool my gaming pc. I would recommend for people looking into gaming PCs or people who need any help or more customization into their build.

I didn’t personally bring my computer in bc of the distance I’d have to travel but he took his time out of his day at 830 in the afternoon to help me diagnose my pc, I was able to personally repair my computer bc his help. He’s a great person I’d personally say probably the best computer repairmen out there. Please go by and check him out

If they had been open when my laptop died, I probably would've gone to one of the repair chains in town, but I am so glad I didn't.

This man is much easier to work with, is super knowledgeable without being condescending, and even updated me on his progress all along the way.
