Metro by T-Mobile

My experience at this particular store was the best thanks to Gabriel and Brianna - those two people went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I can't remember when I've experienced such amazing customer service anywhere, and it's because of their good attitudes, smiles, and sense of humor making me feel welcome that I will return when it's time again. Those two deserve a raise!!!

Always get great help here. They went above and beyond when my adult child finally got her own account.

I went in to get my service upgraded and had problems setting up my Amazon prime account. Sales associate David was a great help, finally resolved the issue because my phone was not the primary number associated with the account. He changed that and got my bill lowered about thirty dollars a month.

Went to transfer SIM card to my new phone today and had a great experience! Dave(the store manager), his customer service was amazing and would definitely come back to this store if I have any troubles again!

Got set up with them as a new service transferring from verizon. So far great. Wanted a cheaper but solid route and Metro was it. Get on them and get the Galaxy A 20, it mirrors the galaxy s8 alot. Nissa was my handler, and she was fantastic. My survey thing expired so I was unable to fill it out for her. But 5 stars from me.

All I have to say, is that if you have any negative preconceived notion about this store, that you just need to come in a talk with the new manager David Huges. My group had our lines lost due to a cancellation issue, and he helped us get new plans for the best deal we could strive for. David also stayed 45 mins past close to get us fixed up! This location has our continued business, indefinitely.

Metro by T- Mobile is an amazing place to get phone service!! Bar none. They have an awesome selection of phones and their prices are more than fair. Shop prices on service and you will find Metro has the best options pound for pound than any other cell phone provider. I dare you to prove me wrong!!!

I've had Verizon and Att. They give you a price then you get your bill and it's $50 higher. I was sick of it! Went to MetroPCS and got three phone for free (they aren't flagship phones but I was also sick of paying $700 or more for phones that lasted a year while I still paid another year for them). Instead of sharing 15 gigs for three phones we now have unlimited data for each. I pay $90/month for three phones, that's it! No BS no added fees just $90. It saved me $200/month. I guess if you're worried about not having the newest phone stick with the more expensive plan. I'll keep my extra $200.

Dave was awesome and so was his new employee. In and out in less than 20 mins. BRAVO !!

Great CSRs! Good selection of Budget Level phones and A few Mid Level phones as well! Ryan is a Solid Salesman!

The last and the first customer service agent that I spoke to were very helpful to me situation. They were also very nice and courteous.

I had a very good experience changing the phone into my name. The employees were very helpful.

Best prepay phone for the price and service. Customer service is alway the best and helpful beyond expectations. Would not use any other phone service.
