Great place to buy food in bulk. Prices have gone up slightly on some items. Friendly staff. Their deli meats are great and reasonably priced. New products to look at

Love shopping at BJ's. I've been a member over 20 years. Their meat is exceptional. Always run good coupon deals. I also like that they have wider aisles than most grocery stores.

I would like to thank the customer support representative who was working 11/14/21 late afternoon 5pm - 7pm shift. She helped me solve a problem with my order, then helped me again by keeping my cell phone safe for me after I left it at her counter. Very grateful for the wonderful customer support.

BJ s is a great place to shop both for my business and home. They beat other places on price espically in meat prices and the quality of the products are outstanding. They have a great seasonal area that always seems to have what you are looking for. The deli products are can't be beat for the outstanding quality. The bakery products are always fresh and taste great. If you need to put together a fast party, this is the place to go in one quick stop. Watch their coupon books, they also take manufactures coupons that stack with theirs, this makes the savings even better.

We shopped coupon items and they accepted 2 expired ones which we thought was above and beyond service. We shop here frequently and find prices better than the grocery stores but the quantities are larger. We also find that the prices do not always beat grocery store sale prices.

The best grocery store around.It is not too expensive like Wegmans nor bad quality like Walmart. Everything comes in huge quantities and sometimes at a much lower price than Wegmans.A big bag of kale at BJ's is 1.99 while at Wegmans a small bag comes at 2.99 even higher. Veggies are always a bargain and so are the meats.

Our local, Webster,N.Y., BJ's store has some of the most helpful employees I've encountered. I asked for green bananas, rather than yellow, & the produce associate stopped stocking shelves & checked his stock & produced them quickly & politely.
While awaiting his return, another employee asked me to sample a featured food item. Nice touch & a pleasurable experience.

Recently had issue with the purchase of a swing set , Rick and Ron were amazing and quickly resolved the problem!! Just when you thought customer service was a thing of the past!! My son loves the swing and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Thanks again Rick and Ron!!!!

I had a flat tire and took it to the tire center. The tire was damaged and Damani, who works there was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me a satisfactory solution. Additionally, Ryan (operational manager) was awesome. Thank you guys.

The best bang for your buck you can get anywhere. Most items come in bulk, which is one of the biggest conveniences when it comes to shopping in my opinion.
