Tonight I went in for some last minute school supplies as many did just an hour before close. I had a list with all of the items and had no clue where to start. As I approached the school section in the rear of the store i was stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything. I really did. But the thing is she was totally out of range and made a real effort to ask as I was walking very fast and in a rush. I told her I could use some help and she turned my undoubtedly, very long tedious search into a fast one. I had 15 items total and they were all over the store. I am not familiar with the layout and this was greatly appreciated. In talking to this employee I found out that she was new and was just starting her second week. I was blown away. Great attitude and great work ethic. This location is fortunate to have a new employee such as yourself. Thank you Sara!

Once again Amanda at the Staples, Webster gets the outstanding customer service award!! After helping us with a problem computer we purchased there, the store ended up replacing it with a new one. Amanda calls us about 3 months later to check in and make certain we're happy with it plus lets us know they (Staples) were doing a free in - store check up for virus and capacity. We the service/selection at our local Staples but especially like and have confidence in the sales associates, especially Amanda!!
We will be needing a router when Greenlight is hooking up our neighborhood and Staples Webster and Amanda will be where we will purchase it. Tim Silva-Duffy

Always specials weekly and on line ordering. Need something you can't find. Then ask a customer friendly staff member and they'll order it for you from their nearest location. And, you can pick it up there, or have in sent directly to your home or office.

Blue print machine was down and you couldn't print my order. I spoke with Anniah(sp?) And she was polite, kind, efficient and most of all when she didn't have the exact answer she chased the answers down quickly and got me on my way. Great job.

This Webster Staples is the BEST! Had to use Staples in Fla because of a glitch in the computer they were unable to help after being there for an hour plus. Came back to Webster went to see Amanda Wise (who helped us purchase our computer) and in 3 MINUTES had us up and running again!! The Webster Staples has outstanding customer service (in all aspects of customer experience) but Amanda is by far a shining star at Staples! Thanks for the help! Tim

Called the webster store with a question regarding pick up. The store associate Dan was very helpful and accommodating with the request. Will definitely be back to this staples location for office needs as a result of this experience.

I LOVE this Staples! Amanda, the manager, is amazing and super helpful! I came by to stock up on office supplie and they had my favorite pens on sale, but it didn't look like they were in stock so she went into the upper storage area just to collect them for me, while apologizing for the inconvenience! They always look to make sure you are getting the best deal, and both the copy/print and tech sections have really helpful associates. I have a business account and this is definitely my go-to Staples location!

I stopped in at the Webster store over the Holiday weekend looking for information on a stand up desk. I was greeted and helped by none other than the manager of the store who chose to work so that her employees did not have to. I am happy to say that I did purchase the Staples stand up desk and it is exactly the quality that was described. 100% Positive experience. Staples is local, has most stuff I need at decent prices. Using the Rewards often gets me good discounts. There is always decent parking.
