AT&T Store

Shameik & Brandon worked with me on an account issue I'm having that is a bit unusual.

I started with Shameik who immediately acknowledged me when I entered the store. I told him about my situation and he worked with me to understand and help me. We ran into some challenges so he queued up Brandon to come over once he was done with his current customer, just to get another set of eyes and double check somethings.

They were both excellent to work with, great personalities and I appreciate their assistance and insight.

My daughter and I went in to ask some questions about our bill and to return a trade in. Brandon was super helpful and even figured out how to lower my bill. He has some great customer service.

These guys go above and beyond. Smooth transition from T-Mobile. Shameik helped set me up in no time. Brandon was always there for support as well! They have...alone...changed my experience with AT&T

Brandon was the best rep I’ve ever met. Saved us money and made sure he took care of us and did everything in his power to make us happy and laugh love him and will definitely recommend him !!

I went into AT&T in Webster with my six plus year old iphone that the home button no longer worked on. Brandon B. was very pleasant and informative. He got me up to speed with a newer iphone, reviewed my billing options and made a couple of moneysaving changes. He also managed to retrieve my data from my unopen able old phone. He is what customer service should be. Thanks again.

I was trying to switch over to AT&T and Jay helped me tremendously. I left 5 stars because even though it took 2 hours, the time went by really fast because Jay was so funny! He made answers to my questions really understandable. I highly recommend to go here.

Brandon was the best sales rep I have ever had going in there. He helped us quickly and our transaction did not take that long. He was very professional but also very personable.

We went to the Webster location today because we needed help with our phones and setting up our watches. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Alex took care of us and got us all set up and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend him and that location.
