One of the best places to get meat! Each week they completely customize their meat selection. Bacon selection and flavors are amazing. Sausage selection and flavors are amazing. Lots of local beers and things to grab from the cooler too. Prices are elevated compared to your normal grocery story but they are more than worth it. It makes your meal an experience and something to look forward too. Gotta go here!!!

This place is top notch! Fresh hand made sausage in multiple varieties. Homemade bacon, fresh cut steaks and no day is the same. They sell out because they are just that good.
They carry bread, sauces and a variety of unique beer as well.
Staff is incredible and efficient in getting hundreds of people served daily. Highly recommend the various sausage, hamburgers and bacon.

Costanzas sausage is excellent! Amazing variety of traditional but also intriguing flavors of sausages. Peanut butter hot dogs! Korean BBQ! Smoked and fresh come for the sausage....stay for the BACON. It is legendary Buttery Prime Rib bacon is a whole different level. The place gets busy as they have limited hours but the staff is efficient and patient. They also fresh cut steaks, burgers and have frozen sausages if the case isn't enough. Everything is high quality and consistancy. consistency. isn't enough!

Pictures of their remodel....lots more space inside now for customers, staff, and additional products like sauces, rubs, and dried goods. We love everything that we've tried so far...and just hope that they continue to add unique flavors. We picked up the banana pepper and four cheese and the garlic and Romano sausages to try this week
We already broke into the olive salad and the cheddar slim sticks that we bought and enjoyed both of those.

The best experience around for fresh sausage and meats. Their German Bologna is amazing! Plus they have Salty Bread from Amazing Grains and tons of other local specialty sauces. And their hot pickles are incredible!! Oh, also the best bacon ever all made in house!!

I love this place, the sausage, the burgers, bacon, and locally made products from around NY. So many different sausages to choose from and they are so good.

This place was 5 stars years ago and they keep making improvements. Hands down the best home made sausage in town, ridiculous selection and off the chart quality makes them my favorite. Now offering some of the finest cuts of steak I've ever had , and many other local products this is a must stop for summer grilling needs.

Small clean establishment. Meat smells atomic and fresh. I can see why when they are open, they are busy. The parking lot is small. You can park on the side of the road in front of their building. Get there early or at the end of the day if you don't like crowds.

Had my venison turned in two sausage. They make the best. But getting pricey.

Their sausages have the best and most unique flavor combinations and the selection is insane! They also have a great selection of craft beers, sours and IPAs 🍻 THIS is the place to come to stock up for your barbecues, there's something for everyone

If your looking for unique sausage flavors, Costanza's is a great place to satisfy those needs. They have pork sausage, chicken sausage seasoned bacon and a few other meats. I have not come across any other place like it.

Great selection, friendly people, and actually homemade meats, cheeses, condiments, and bread. Any of the "slim sticks" (slim jims but 10x better) are the perfect snacks for a lazy summer day. Also try their peanut butter hotdogs, with some raspberry jalapeno jam!

Eclectic selection of pork & chicken sausage which is rotated weekly. Multiple favors of bacon.. cold cuts, some house made. Smoked varieties if sausage and hits. Fresh burgers that go from plain to mash up. They've also have now incorporated local food business in their store front from beer to bakery items....

Food is phenomenal, service was amazing prices were outstanding. Can't say enough good things about this place. Get in on the email list to know what they are making for the week. Pretty big line when you go there but they plow through it.

A great option in the area for meat, sausage, bread and deli options, as well as some great beers and desert ( cheesie Eddy's ).
They have a good selection of not only pork sausage, but chicken sausage as well !
Worth the stop !!
