The CHEAPEST and most kindest man runs this place and i love where he goes to get these items and how he gets them so cheep to still run his business. I love this man who runs it and he is amazing he's been running this place for awhile and deserves alot

Great for the community kids after school. Can get picked up and have a safe place to wait for their parents.

The owner, Mr. Startford, is a very polite guy. He cares about the children, and it shows in his place of business. We need more people in the world like Michael.... Someone who not only thinks about the welfare of younger generation and their wellbeing. But he shows it as well.
He is a very cordial and patient man.

I've been going to this place probably twenty plus years . Definitely a childhood memory I will never forget thanks everyone that makes this place great .

The absolute best candy store in the Quad cities. The man that owns the stores name is Mike. He is so kind and does so much for all the kids. My kids love to go there and get candy and $1 goes so far.

Mike does an amazing job of showing everyone, especially children a way to learn about faith and how to treat others! He provides not just treats but safety, caring and how to treat others.

Great place to come for reasonably priced snack. Kids can do artwork and meet friends. Can also find clothing and food items if in need. Support with your reusable items and extra food.

Mike is out there for the kids. Kids that don't have much or anything get blessed by him daily! 🙏 He has cook outs were he gives away (bikes, other toys, food, drinks, puzzles, etc) things donated and what he can afford. God has really blessed this man and he shares that blessing with all!!!!

I Absolutely LOVE coming to the Sugar Shack ! The prices are very affordable and the owner is Very friendly. I take my son here when he has been good for a nice reward. He enjoys the shoe string candies.

The owners are so nice and there's a huge variety of candy and other snacks. My kids love going there !

The sugar shack is great i know the owner hes a christine he really cares about the kids that come in and out of his store everyday when you walk in his walls are covered with pictures of children and crosses and scriptures its a really nice thing hes doing

Great prices! Service was good also. There were some older men making comments about so female children that upset me. But other than that it was a good experience
