I've been going here for over 15 years. I enjoy it because it's right in the West End makes my trip very easy. The prices are very competitive . Idefinitely a go to for anything General store . Like in the old west times What do you think of when you hear the term “Old West?” Probably cowboys or ranches. Maybe saloons. But one mainstay of life in the towns that sprang up across the country during the 1800s is the general store, also known as a mercantile

Great place to stop in and pick up odds and ends. We grabbed a 9V battery and they were having customer appreciation day. They were handing out burgers! Everyone was very friendly. We left and did some metal detecting. Thanks!

They always have most things I need and the staff is the best.

Ace is a good place for things u need quickly & don't want 2 go 2 stores like Menards. The cashier that helped us was really nice & went out of her way 2 find what I wanted 2 purchase. Although they were out of the sale item she found me something similar..👍

As soon as you walk in there is an Ace employee asking how they can help you. With their help I found exactly what I was looking for. The employee's are all really friendly and helpful.

Was greeted when entering and offered their help. That customer service personnel retrieved my online order as well as pointed me in the direction of my store purchase as well. I was able to be in and out, in less than 5 minutes. I was happy with my experience at this location, I would recommend to others.

The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and often offer to help me to my car. Its old fashioned customer service, the type customers rarely encounter these days.

Every time I've gone here, they either know exactly what I want and where it's located or sent me to a place where I could get it done. I'm always greeted here and I don't recall staring at anything more than 30 seconds before someone came to ask if I needed help.

If you need a window in a door fixed you can get same day repair. Prices always seem reasonable.

I really like Ace, the people are so friendly and helpful. I took my dog in with me and they love dogs. Gotta love dog lovers.

This is one of the friendliest places you can shop, every time I go in there they trip over themselves to help me find whatever it is I'm looking for. If by chance you don't know exactly what your doing or exactly how to use the tool they are always more then happy to help you figure it all out and never make you feel foolish for not knowing exactly what your doing, they will help you size it, match the colors or what ever you might need. It's always money well spent

Great local neighborhood hardware store with a very helpful and friendly staff. I have gone there numerous times now just to get a replacement piece or small fix for something and they always are very friendly, will walk with you and make sure your find exactly what you need. This is always my first stop for household fixes.
