One of best Verizon store in north Illinois suburb area. We had a great service from Antonio for our new phone upgrade and new line into our family plan. Overall we give this store 5 stars, very outstanding service!

Anahi was a very helpful, pleasant young woman. Because we were switching from Samsung to iPhones there were a lot of questions she had to answer. She was very patient with us (2 Seniors), and never made us feel uncomfortable. She’s a keeper!!

This was the first time that I actually walked out with a great experience! Antonio helped me with everything and was very detailed, left no room for guessing. I knew exactly what I was getting and how my bill would look as well. I would highly recommend his services!

Antonio was very helpful! He helped with me with needing to upgrade my phone, got me the best deal and even helped putting on a screen protector, I highly recommend this location as the staff were fast and exceedingly helpful. Got me in and out in 30 minutes.

He made out with so much stuff. I'm so happy we took him here. He bought the first thing he worked his but off for at this store and he was a happy camper. The customer service was outstanding.
