This ATT store is the best I’ve ever experienced. The manager, Lyman, has a deep understanding of all the options, plans and available solutions for any issue. And, he is such a professional, kind, customer-first person. I would drive past another ATT store and go to this one if you can. You won’t be dissappointed.

Had a problem with the new cell phone activation and had to stop by for a new SIM card. Lyman fixed me up in no time flat. Very fast and efficient, thank you. It is also appreciated that this store opens at 9am, while almost all other AT&T stores in the area open at 10am.

Friendly fast professional service. Dustin was so helpful with getting my phone fixed and the other replaced. He even made sure I had the gps set to the correct location to get my screen replaced will be coming back for all my AT&T related needs. Thank you so much.

Stop in to inquire of the latest iphone and their service plan. The two gentlemen took the time to answer all my questions and explain clearly. I’ve also inquired about Apple Watch and they are very knowable on how the Device works with different carriers. I left the store knowing all my options much better and more educated then before.

While traveling, my iphone froze. Even after many attempts to hard re-set, no luck. My husband and I, senior citizens and obviously from out of state, walked into this store for help. Lyman immediately greeted us and assured he would be right with us as he was finishing up with a customer. We only waited for a few minutes and Lyman walked over to help. He instantly diagnosed the issue and corrected it, no charge. He was helpful and friendly and very thoughtful. I highly recommend Lyman and this AT$T store.

Lyman and Zayd were absolutely amazing. I was having a nightmare of a day, and on top of it my phone decided to break. These two AT&T representatives made the process as painless as possible, answered all my questions, and gave me reassurance in being taken off my family plan and starting my own phone contract. Exemplary customer service: I went in for a wireless earpiece to pair with my S8, and all items available were out of my expected budget. One of the associates looked to see if any were on sale and one was: I got 90% (YES, NINETY) off one of the 2019 earpieces and it works perfectly! Kudos to their going the extra mile instead of sending me to another store for a cheaper item.

These guys get it right in this store. They don’t try to sell you what you don’t need, they solve problems, and they make you smarter in the process. Store Manager Lyman provided exactly the kind of assistance you hope to find in an ATT store. Call me old school, but I’d prefer to deal face to face (masked, distanced) with a smart, helpful, understanding and resourceful human being than call the ATT help line, be put on hold for an hour before being connected to a scratchy voice in a faraway land.
