CVS

To understand this review, first understand my first job was at Walgreens. This was the best cvs customer service experience I have ever had. The staff were so friendly here, very helpful. Apologetic for any service errors, even ones not done by them. I even observed how well they interacted with other customers. Helping a disabled man learn how to use self checkout, reminding him to use his points before they expire. Explaining to a customer their best options for a package pickup/delivery. Even recognizing familiar faces & speaking as they came in. It was beautiful to see a business operate so well in the post Covid era where service everywhere is so bad. Kudos to this cvs team!

Ok so I went in this past Saturday and parking here is ROUGH you got like 8 spots and good luck getting one. So I got inside and the employees were distracted by something that had been going on with a customer. He apparently tried to assault one of the workers there and then one of the other customers tried getting him to leave. He starts leaving, but then turns on the other customer and tries to fist fight him, gets in the stance and everything, but then the workers urge him to leave saying they'll call the police who are just around the corner. He starts going, but lobs a trash can at the employees which was expertly blocked by the supervisor. He left, stood by the entrance, then somehow got a 7-11 cup full of water and threw it at the other customer he was gonna fight a minute earlier.
TOTAL chaos, but the workers handled it like pros. They should be paid more because they likely put up with this sort of thing frequently

The night staff has been very helpful on multiple occasions

This is not a rating on the business itself, since I couldn’t be helped due to their system. But, this is a shout out to Nicole in the pharmacy who went above and beyond standard customer service. She tried her best with the resources given to her (and then some) to get an answer for me. She is an asset to this location.

I am shocked to read these reviews because truly I’ve never experienced anything but kindness and empathy when I was struggling and authentic customer service. I actually remember coming home after going to this pharmacy the first time and telling my boyfriend “that’s the best pharmacist I’ve ever encountered.”

Ive never had issues with this location. THe people are friendly and they work fast to get everyone out the door. Does suck though that the parking lot out back in not theirs, I parked there thinking it was for CVS and got a boot

This pharmacy is very busy, but the customer service was great. Ryan was very helpful, and gave a great suggestion on the medication I needed.

The pharmacy is typically fast and efficient. The only downside is the parking. They share the front lot with Dunkin Donuts and the back lot is reserved for another business.

My fave place very close to my house. walking distance. I'm glad they have my ice creams most of the time. until i go and buy them all. :) sorry I just love them so much

Great shopping experience.

Best pharmacy uptown, but call to make sure they have it first. They fill fast and have parking and a drive through.
