Steve has saved my computer from it's age and glitches more times than I can count. He always has back up drive for all precious memories and docs. I don't go broke and feel thankful when I leave.

These folks are so nice and helpful. Half of my computer fried and these guys had it fixed within two days! Best of all, they didn't talk down to me or talk to me like a used car salesman would. Excellent prices, extremely professional, and very friendly atmosphere. I'll be using them for parts now instead of best buy and Amazon for sure.

Had an issue with my Desktop, as someone that has built computers, I was not able to figure it out. Had a warranty but didnt want to send the whole PC into the company i purchased from and lose it for 3 months waiting for them to Fix. I Found PTComputers and took my computer in. Literally under 24 hours my issue was resolved and picked my computer up the next morning and they charge EXTREMELY fair to the point where I overpayed for my gratitude. 10/10 recommend.

Protech fixed my basically brand new computer after it was dropped and Best Buy told me it was trash. Professional, efficient, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend their services!

I Had a sd card with priceless photos and videos of my family go corrupt. Called pro tech and unlike their competitors they told me they wouldn't charge me if they weren't able to retrieve any data. To my surprise they recovered all of the data and only charged me twenty dollars. Thank you pro tech for such a wonderful experience.

I have been using ProTech Computers for 6 years now and that makes at least 6 visits. I am always happy with the results and have no intention of going anywhere else. But if I have my druthers, I will always prefer dealing with Dawn. She is so much more user friendly, lol.

Dawn came right to our office to set up our computers and printer. She did an awesome job! We couldn't have done it without her. Highly recommend them for all your computer needs.

I ordered a computer over the phone and Steve was very helpful and asked the right questions to get me what I needed. He was patient as I am very computer illiterate. I got my laptop the next day! I live two states over from them. Great Job!! I would highly recommend them.

First time I’ve ever had to take my computer anywhere, and the lady on the phone was amazing when I originally called and made me feel wonderful about bringing my computer in. The guy who did the job was super informative and just all around wonderful with explaining all that he had done. HIGHT recommend!

Best buy wanted to charge me $69.00 for a charger for my laptop and acted completely clueless about what I needed. ProTech were much more aware and only charged me a little over $20.00 for the same charger.
