Not sure why it had such a bad rating. The guys there were perfect with customer service and it was quick and easy. I just dropped off my frontier communications device and it was easy as 1, 2, 3

Jayden helped me to find a perfect-sized box, to protect my package with extra packing materials and care, and to ship it for me. She was kind, helpful, and patient with me. I felt like she went out of her way to make my experience a great one. Thanks, Jayden!

I've been here a few times and every time I had a great customer service. Store workers go above and beyond my expectations, they are very helpful and polite. I love this store, don't understand why it has so low rating

My experience with this UPS Store is nothing but positive. I had an issue with one of the Amazon packages and store associate Sammy made the entire process so easy, he even went above and beyond in helping me with amazon app. I will highly recommend this store for any shipping or Amazon returns.

I had a fantastic experience there! The staff was so helpful and kind, they even have a cool new self service desk which was super easy to use. Nice to see some you hardworking people with a good attitude, and the new owners are doing a great job. Will definitely be back to ship over the holidays.

The rating should be higher than what Google shows. The employees were very nice and friendly. They answered my shipping questions and were patience with me! Wonderful people!

Used this place many times in past , but I must say

store looks much more organized & clean since new owners overtook the place . Can definitely see the hard yards have been put in.and employees are helpful and efficient, shout out to the whole team . Awesome work , really impressed . Keep it up guys .

I had a great experience at this store, all of the employees were very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this location for all of your shipping needs. The new self-service option is really easy to use and I love it!

This will be a long review but please read it!
I am at this location nearly every week either doing a return or shipping something out and I’ve seen A LOT!! And I mean I’ve seen the employees go out of their way to help customers in a way that is just above their pay grade! For example, a young lady building a box out of scraps and extra cardboard to fit real flowers for a wedding!! Or one guy who helped an elderly woman download and set up her Amazon app because Amazon returns get more complicated and complicated each day. and doing print jobs and helping multiple customers at the same time.. with a huge line waiting for them.
Of course, I’ve also seen them struggle to help some customers. For example, a lady refused to pay $2 for an Amazon return label printout. Or another lady freaking out because the line wasn’t moving fast enough. Come on, seriously?
I understand that it’s the store employees' job to be always nice and help you out no matter what but you can’t expect them to tolerate that kind of behavior all the time. They are human too, and don’t come in expecting to be treated like royalty.
These guys have good and bad days and how they will treat you also depends on you! Read the directions before returning something and work with the employees to get that good customer service experience. If you are patient and nice they will make your experience at the store fun and quick! Just be kind!

I am leaving this review, unprompted by anyone, because I genuinely appreciated the service and experience I had at this store. Bravo to this crew.

Been a customer for over a decade here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s true there has been staffing issues but there isn’t a storefront on the planet that isn’t having that problem these days. Folks need to roll with it. I’ve always had pleasant experiences even when the place is jammed and stressful. Amazing everyone can be so consistently helpful during these extraordinary times. I’m glad to have a place that I can trust to be so consistent with my mailing needs. Have developed good repore with the employees (and the owner) over the years too! 👍. I highly recommend them. Good Lord has anyone checked out the USPS lately? That place is the epicenter of going “postal.” Has a reputation that precedes it (not all of them) but a significant few make it a very unpredictable experience there. Very grateful for the UPS Store!

Not sure why the horrible ratings, I absolutely love this UPS store.. every employee has always been super helpful and friendly, never a wait, This is my go-to UPS!

I've never had an issue getting my packages boxed and returned, shipped out and parcel pickup. The lines can be long depending on the times you get here, but they manage to get through everyone. I've always had stellar service from the staff here and given they are short staffed they are doing the best they can..

I have to wonder why someone would give a 1 star review for any business that is short staffed. Workers are human and not machines.

I’m surprised by many of the other reviews because this is my favorite ups store location and I’ve been there many times. The Staff are friendly and helpful even when they are very busy. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the employees do a great job getting everybody taken care of as quickly as possible. as far as other customers’ complaints regarding their open hours, like most businesses these days they are understaffed, but doing a great job with the people who they have. I highly recommend this location.

Went in to do an Amazon return - after which I accidentally left my roll of tape on the counter. The guy who helped me with the return ran my tape out to the parking lot before I left - really great customer service!

Was making an Amazon return and Leo was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. As I was unclear of the process, I needed a little extra assurance I was doing things correctly. Appreciated his patience and help! Day before, I tried the Kirkland store and gentleman associate was very unfriendly, rude and unfamiliar with the process…I will travel a bit out of my way to use this location. Thanks, Leo..

The ease of how I was able to print something at the store and get it all wrap and shipped with in 5 minutes
