Got my pair of Double H Jase boots there love the simple design and Quality of these. They require some breaking in, but they are absolute tanks with durability. From the thick leather to the heavy stitching. (Great call on the Bick 4 conditioner as well)

The staff at this location took the time to explain tons of things about the different types of boots to me, materials, and occasions and uses for certain pairs. They weren’t cheap by any means (nearly $300) but if these last for years, I have no issues with the cost. So far so good several months later I’m still very impressed with these boots.

Boot Barn has a wonderful selection of boots and other clothing. Their online store will have what you are looking for if you can't find it in store. I highly recommend Boot Barn.

The associate who assisted me Rick #86 was friendly, attentive without being overly pushy and very friendly. I'd been to the 2nd Tucson location and the customer service was day to night. I will definitely go out of my way to come to this location. I will say my only issue was the temperature in the store, it was really hot and stuffy.

Although Boot Barn products are a little pricey, their customer service is Top Notch at this location. They also offer a nice military discount.

The absolute best customer service. Carlos was extremely helpful in finding something that fit just right. He even stretched one of the boots since the other fit perfectly. He explained were the boot should and shouldn't be snug, and grabbed the boot while it was on to make sure it was perfect. Great variety and selection but most importantly, great service.

Love this place ! Great people, great prices, great products. Wish I had more money to spend, I'd take one of each.

Staff was helpful when I came for a pair of boots and then even more so when I had that pair swapped out. Super easy to deal with and everybody was friendly.

Love the smell of a shop that sells real leather! Staff is very helpful and friendly, my wife picked a sweater out of the catalog and when we went in they couldn't find it, they spent 20 minutes tracking down the cardigan she choose, found out it hadn't been released yet and called us when it came in, what's more they held 2 sizes for my wife so she could make sure it fit right, really above and beyond, thanks guys!

The service was great, but the choices can be almost overwhelming. You need to visit with an knowledge and a goal in mind of what specifically you are looking for...so many choices....so little clarity...lol. I ended up going back a second day, and then found the perfect pair of boots, and exactly what I was looking for. I love my new western boots! They are made of leather and suede, both soft and comfortable.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! My dog ate my favorite pair of boots that I bought while in Montana at their store last year. They were able to pull them up in the computer and find me the same pair!
