Service was great. Was inquiring about the gizmo and they were able to answer all questions. Was told if I order online it would be a $75 restock fee but they offered to order into store to avoid it if my child didn’t like it. Arrived quickly and when I went down pick up and activation were a breeze.

The team here is top notch with their customer service skills. I had several questions and issues that were resolved with the help of Tyler. He was not only friendly and eager to help but I feel a huge asset to this store. Thank you Tyler!

It was nice to be in the Cleves, Ohio Verizon Store as it has been a long time since I have been in any store where ALL the store associates were obviously interested in and excited about their work while being dedicated to helping the customer. It was a pleasant experience upgrading my wife's phone with team Dylan, Morgan, and Tyler expertly handling the switch to the new phone. Overall, a very refreshing experience and I highly recommend their services, products, and expertise.

I stopped in to the Cleves Verizon location to activate a replacent device. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowlegable about everything. He assisted me in retreiving data from my broken phone that i thought was gone forever! Thanks Tyler and Cleves Verizon team!

Morgan went above and beyond helping me replace a phone that was stolen and we didn’t have insurance on. We had some issues with the phone activating and she worked with me every step to make sure we got it figured out! Her customer service skills are amazing!

Alex was the best person to help me get my issue resolved with our account. Our phones were stollen from the UPS box that came to our house. Alex did over and beyond to help us get this situation made right! He spent more than 4 hours with us and on his own making this unfortunate situation a happy one. Thanks Alex. Stopped in today to upgrade my sons phone and I have to say that Ziggy and Nick really impressed me. They were very friendly, knew their stuff and got him hooked up quick. It's so nice to deal with friendly people who can hold a conversation and treat you like a valued customer. Thank you for making today a great experience!!

Stopped back in tonight and again had superior service. The guy working there tonight was far and away better than both the people I ran into in the Apple store. Took his time, was professional, understood the product very well and didn't try to rush me out. Dude was awesome!
