Saltwater Bookstore

Saltwater bookstore is a great addition to Marblehead. Inside you will find a wide variety of books and knowledgeable help who can make recommendations or order things you are looking for.

The back room is dedicated to kids books and the front has a nice collection of fiction, non-fiction, cooking and a variety of other hobbyist collections.

A perfect little local bookshop!! Such a welcoming environment with lots of natural light. The books change often as the shelves get restocked, each time I’ve visited there are so many excellent new titles. The children’s room has beautiful editions of classic stories that we are obsessed with. A perfect place to find your next book... or should I say books!!

I finally got to visit this cute little bookstore after walking by it many times. It is a grownup book store in front and a kids bookstore in the back. What delightful curation of books in both areas. Hard to believe how much is packed into this little space without any of it feeling crowded. We had a wonderful visit and will surely return.

Exceptionally beautiful space and the owner is very friendly. Great selection including many books on Marblehead. The children's selection is great too and there are two reading nooks for kids. An absolute must visit when walking down Washington Street.

Marblehead once again has an independent bookstore of specific interest to our community--all ages--walk by and see what is in the window--and then stop in and browse

My fav local bookstore! The staff is always incredibly helpful, the selection is fantastic and even if they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. I will be shopping here for years to come! So happy we have it so close to home.

Quaint little bookstore with a pleasant collection of well curated titles- some lesser known and local as well.
