Chris was great, he fixed my issue and even helped me set up my T-Mobile app. He also helped me setup my home internet. He made the buying process so much easier! He genuinely cared and thats why I stick with T-Mobile!!!

I just received my new phone yesterday. Chris was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the phone that I purchased and how to update my old phones application to the new one . Thanks again. 😊

When I tell you that Chris needs a raise, I mean that with all my heart! Chris goes above and beyond for the customers and because of him And him alone I switched to T-Mobile! Thank you Chris at the Swampscott store for all you have done!

I walked into a store full of people. The staff handled each person's needs quickly and efficiently. I bought my new phone had everything transferred in short time! Awesome experience!

Chris Medina went above and beyond helping me and my daughters switch from Verizon to T Mobile. His co workers were trying to have him help other people and he stuck by me and my daughters giving us the exceptional customer service needed. So happy to be part of T Mobile team now.

I visited the Swampscott, MA T-Mobile store. I spoke with a staff member names Chris. He was so thoughtful and answered my questions in such a clear and concise way. There were other customers in the store, but he made me feel that I was important and nothing was a problem. I certainly will continue as a T-Mobile customer and people like him are a major asset!

Bought latest phone here a few months back, very helpful staff. Went back yesterday with a question on one of the phone features. Nick was very clear in explaining the feature and then was nice enough to do the changes I was asking about. Really recommend the T Mobile team at this location 👌

Shavonne was AMAZING! I had a crazy hectic day that was filled with road blocks when it came to getting a new phone. She made the whole experience much easier and was helpful the whole time. Answered all my questions and found the answers to those that I thought had none. Really awesome personality and hope to see her again if I run into anymore phone troubles!

Was there numerous times when lived in Salem. SOPHIE, STEVEN, Hispanic girl(sorry forgot your name) do an amazing job. Both female managers are also good. With the exception of one guy, staff is patient, knowledgeable and nice.

Swampscott T Mobile..Schavonne and Owen were very professional, patient and persistant today transferring info from one phone to another ..highly recommended this team and store
