The Little Store

We hit all the recommended places our first couple days in marblehead, we continued to search for additional experiences to try. Our last afternoon we found this little place within walking distance (as most places are in marblehead) and reviews seemed good. Luckily they weren't busy so we didn't need a reservation at that time. After entering we were happily surprised by the decor and menu options, yet somehow we were even more surprised by our appetizers and then our entrées. After being told at another place our first night in marblehead that no restaurants served bread pudding, we ordered two when our server told us they had it (and they fresh and delicious). Had we been in town any longer we definitely would have returned to try some other options. We plan to be back in the area in the spring and we'll be making sure we have reservations.

BYOB. Yes you read correctly, this place does not serve alcohol and they encourage you to bring your own to consume with dinner! This is a really really fun place. It’s extremely unique and it was an absolute blast to eat here. The small dinning area made me feel as if I were back home with family surrounding me instead of strangers. Everyone having fun and talking is a great change of pace from other hush hush stuffy restaurants. This would be a fantastic first date spot. The service was awesome and we were seated right away. They have an assortment of canned soda or sparking/still water if you didn’t byob. The food. The first thing brought to the table was a HOT AND FRESH loaf of rye bread with a pesto garlic oil dip to share. This was the best bread and oil combo unlike any restaurant I’ve had before. They nailed the simple spaghetti and meatballs and the crab ravioli was off the charts good. I highly suggest this restaurant.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The food, service, atmosphere, all of it was fantastic. Alyssa was our server and it looked like she was taking all of the food orders in store and over the phone. She was very prompt and very on top of helping us and everyone else out. We really enjoyed our experience and if we get to coming back to visit we will definitely be sure to visit again! Thanks again for the wonderful food and service!

The restaurant might be small but the food is to die for!!! The service was excellent!!! Worth the trip!!!

Fabulous find. Food is delicious, and the atmosphere is delightful. Already have reservations for another night out there.

5-star all around! The food was delicious. Started off prosciutto and eggplant rollantini which was out of this world good. Then for the entrees we had eggplant parm and chicken parm. These were very good as well. The sauce had an excellent taste. We will definitely be going back here!

Food and service was excellent. Best Italian outside of the North End. Definitely recommend making reservations to make sure you have a table and BYOB. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant twice in the past week. We had walked past it a number of times and decided to give it a try. The staff, service and especially the food were FANTASTIC. We tried both specials and menu selections and loved all. The homemade pasta and eggplant were delectable!! Diners are invited to BYOB which is lovely. The restaurant is a welcomed jewel to Marblehead.

Absolutely Amazing food and staff .... I live over an hour away and will DEFINITELY be back!!! One of the best dinners I've had in a long time . I ordered the chicken franchise..the flavor was very tasteful.. the crab cakes were delicious. I ordered pizza to go and even that was one of the best pizzas I've had.... this is a cute little gem hidden in Marblehead.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!

What a fantastic experience. My family had an event here, and the staff was great. Food was delicious. The location was very convenient for us since we were in town. I'd go back and try more stuff, no one left hungry.

The best … and I do mean the best Italian I have ever had! I Had the fettuccine Alfredo. . I also sampled items my group ordered. It was all amazing. Its also a really cute place. Lots of options. Sooooo yummy!

This gem was introduced to us a few months ago. Since that time we have returned multiple times. I may have tried every on the menu.
The food is so incredibly delicious. Space is small so you do need a reservation. BYOB is an added benefit. Donna does everything to make your time great.

Shh, I don't really want to say this, and reveal the BEST Italian restaurant in Marblehead, maybe the entire north shore, but it IS! Eggplant rollatini is to die for, meatballs amazing, and gnocchi out of this world! And I can walk to it! Doesn't get much better than that!

I eat here often. It’s one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. BR and MR with the bad reviews must be from antique table.

Just had the best Italian sub of my life!!! My brother had the cheese steak and cannot stop talking about how good it was!

I wish I lived closer! I would order from here every week. I had the Caprese Salad and Chicken Miguel. Outstanding. So rich though, I split it into three meals. Not complaining!

Great Italian, love their piccata. We mostly order take out but once dinned in and the service was excellent and very professional despite being a small team.
