Wanted to give a big shout out to Destiny for her excellent customer service skills. It’s rare these days that anyone goes out of their way to help and to do it with a smile. I wanted a pair of shoes but couldn’t find my size. She located them in the store and brought them to me. Then let me know about a coupon to save money. Thanks, Destiny.

I like DSW. They have a huge variety of shoes to choose from. I belong to their rewards program and get coupons for money off shoes and it's hard to turn these down...

I'm a fan. When I need shoes I make the rounds of the local stores and shop the clearance racks first. Have yet to not find something great at a great price. Staff is always friendly and do their best to keep up with the customer needs and store cleanliness. You have a loyal customer in me!

Fair prices, friendly staff, a nice selection of women's 10 and 11 size women's shoes which is great. Honestly, I was impressed with all their cute socks. Better selection than Target which was my go-to. Would recommend. But don't pay full price - they have loads of coupons.

This store has a huge selection of shoes and boots for both men and women. They also have a mark-down section in the far back of the store. Their return policy is easy, too. I like that you can see, feel, and try on so many shoes in one place because it's hard to know what you're getting when you purchase on-line.

OK now I KNOW that some locations are definitely better than others. The South Austin location is amazing; they had brands I'd never even heard of before and I'm a long time customer of dsw. You guys, do yourself a favor and make sure you are going to different stores! I made the mistake of only going to one location for many years.... I got these amazing tennis shoes by gola... Yeah, I'd never heard of that brand, but I have been complimented all day on my new kicks!!!

I can't find anything negative to relay to you guys regarding any and all DSW locations. I always find what I'm searching for here and then some lol! Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful place to go grab a few pairs of new kicks. Shoes for all occasions and seasons!

I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren shoes and it came in as a different colored than ordered. No big deal, I'll return at the store. Got there and since I had bought the shoes on a gift card and threw it away after purchase it was returned to that gift card. Ryan the store manager went over and beyond to fix the issue. After 30 minutes in the store ... He told me let me handle this and he did. I got the return of the gift card from visa and he also gave me a gift card to DSW for above the amount I spent. His customer service was TOP Notch and very much appreciated.

I love DSW. They have an outstanding selection of all types of shoes, in all colors, and so many great brands. They are always adequately staffed and the clearance section seems to always have a great selection of shoes. You can also find some amazing deals on a few handbags in the clearance section as well.

I was so pleased with the deals and quality DSW provided. I have received many compliments on my now favorite pumps. I urge all heel wearing ladies to check this location out.. Comfort, style, durability, price... How can you go wrong?

Good selection, although not as many low heeled dress shoes as I had hoped for. Very helpful staff. A woman not only walked me over to the correct area, she patiently showed me several different pairs of shoes in the category I needed.
