The folks at ASI did an amazing job of packing and shipping a motor that I ordered. The order arrived quickly. Dealing with surplus, sometimes you have issues.
Unfortunately, the unit I ordered was one of those parts, but I was given a quick response and full refund. Steven was polite, responsive and apologetic. I would recommend this business as they honored their non-DOA policy and I respect that in this day and age. Would recommend and plan to purchase from them in the future.

AS BAD AS IT COULD BE! I would have rather that they just took my money and not sent the part I ordered. At least THAT way I wouldn't have been insulted with the rusted out chunk of scrap Iron they pawned off as a "NEW, unused part, no factory packaging". This was a Lovejoy motor shaft coupling, represented with a picture of a nice new part. The motor shaft bore is so rusted I couldn't install it without boring and honing it out. Even then the outside surfaces are so rusted and abrasive they would grind the rubber 'spider' into dust in no time.
