Brookshire's

Love the pre-made salads! Still pricy though

We had the pleasure of visiting Brookshire's with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we shopped in Brookshire's we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. The store was moderately packed with other patrons, and prices for the items we purchased were inexpensive due to ongoing sales. We received good customer service from a few employees that we interacted with. Our friends and fsmily were pleased with the visit ans we would recommend.

I love it here. Fresh produce you can't get at your local Wal-Mart. I like the deli food options for lunch. The staff here is always ready to help. I love the birthday cakes and the designs they can help you with. And I especially love the fresh seafood.

Great customer service in every department check out seafood and meat department ask for my friend cole, but very friendly and we'll mannered people I love it my favorite place to shop only the best

I got my cake from Brookshire's on Mansfield Road in Shreveport, Louisiana my baby birthday party theme was ANNIE, it was just the way I wanted it, Miss Yolanda in the bakery got the picture I wanted and it was great I can honestly say every time I get a cake from them it's fresh and delicious thanks I will be back.

This is a very well organized store, clean good selection.
The only real problem I have . Your handicap parking lots are ALWAYS taken by unauthorized customers maybe you can have police dept ticket these unauthorized parkers just once may free up these dedicated spots for us that have the correct idencation and can use them.

Great place to shop. Employees are always nice and helpful. This includes the pharmacy as well. Employees there are nice and helpful also. Would be great if prices could take a drop. But I still like shopping at Brookshire's.

The store cleanliness is great, and the customer service is immaculate. UPDATE 8/17/22: Manager Kristie exhibited Wonderful customer service today. She should Definitely be acknowledged.

I never review retail/grocery but I HAD TO RAVE about this one. Very clean, everyone was VERY FRIENDLY. And a gentlemen named DEMETRIUS working cleaning the parking lot walked me to my car and opened my trunk and loaded my groceries while I was able to round up my kiddos and put them in their seats. His mama did a good job raising him! This place gets 5 stars ⭐

Took my wife here to get her ingredients for her salad. SHE WAS A HAPPY CAMPER!!! SHE MAKES AWESOME SALADS!

I would was at store#37, my daughter and I went to the Deli and I have to say the young woman in the deli was truly delightful her smile and her customer service was really awesome. It was around 6pm on 7/13/21 I can’t remember her name but it was a little long. I really appreciated her awesome customer service.👍🏽👍🏽

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Always clean and neat. Everything is stocked and they are out of items you can ask for raincheck. They have carry out. There is a deli, bakery and a seafood and specialty meat counter. Small wine section and a separate Liquor store. The pharmacy is also very helpful. This store also has a gas station with a very small concession area.

I thought I had actually hit 5 stars. My apologies. This really is a great place to shop and they usually have the things you need. The staff are always helpful and try to help to the best of their abilities.
