Fantastic staff - super helpful and friendly. Would love to see more classic retro pieces, maybe from the Bettie Page line since they already stock items from their parent company.

Perhaps corselettes or girdles with 6-8 garter straps, high waisted ouvert and regular panties with and without straps, more classic garter belts, etc. Give a girl a chance to put together a classic pin up look and I would come in all the time.

And would also love to see a much more diverse selection of Thistle and Spire items in stock.

I was not expecting to come into an adult store that was so welcoming and pleasant. I’m glad I trusted reviews and decided to come here. This is not one of those sketchy spots you feel uncomfortable immediately in.

Definitely stop by if you want some fun things. They have a good selection of personal lubricants and adult toys. Anna was delightful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for to use while traveling. If I come through SLC again I will drop by for more good stuff!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while with my partner. We’ve been to every adult retail store in the city at least twice, and this one is our favorite. It’s a very intimate little shop and everyone working here is very kind and helpful. I didn’t know that Blue Boutique staff are actually certified sexual health educators until our last visit. That explains a lot! Everyone in the store is always so knowledgeable, and the customer service is top notch.

We’ve had Anna and Carol help us with adult products before. We’ve seen Anna the most. She is always very bubbly and funny! At the same time she is so professional when she’s helping you out, and answering questions that can be a bit embarrassing sometimes haha. She’s helped my wife and I out a lot! She makes a point to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Carol is a sweetheart and quick to help you find exactly what you need! They don’t just push random expensive products on you for the sake of money here. They actually want to help you find the best things for you and your needs, at the price point you can afford. They make sure you’re making safe and informed decisions with the intimate products here.

Rose and Melissa have helped us with lingerie before and they’re both wonderful! My wife has been sized for a corset and bras here. Rose and Melissa are professional yet fun to be around. Long story short, we adore this location and its workers! We tell all of our friends to come check it out. You should too!

Kenya found me overwhelmed by how many good lingerie sets and other items were in the shop. She was a complete vibe and helped color match with my skin tone. The customer service in general is a 10/10!! Kenya lifted my spirits and gave me hope that i would find what i was searching for…I didn’t only get one , but two sets that gave me the feeling of having wings! For the quality, i felt all of the items purchased were of great bang for the bucks spent. As I flew into total shopping bliss with this incredible selection, i realized, I have never felt as confident shopping for intimates as I did with Miss Kenya. Thank you for your care during my first lingerie haul!!! <3 I will be back :)

One of my friends said this was a LGBTQ friendly small business, so my boyfriend and I wanted to check it out. Anna was working in the adult area and she helped us with some gender affirming items. She asked us what our pronouns are and that never happens when we’re shopping somewhere. It was welcomed surprise. Anna was fantastic. She’s like the magical little Tinkerbell of adult items.

Overall, we felt so safe in this store. It was refreshing to shop in such an empowering, validating, and inclusive environment. Everyone was nice to us and we had such a good time here. We definitely want to come back and get more goodies! We’re so happy to see local businesses getting with the times and being supportive of the LGBTQ community. Shop locally! Big thanks to all of you at Blue. You’re exactly what this town needs.

They were so nice there! LGBTQ friendly, a wide selection of toys and super helpful staff who don't mind answering awkward questions(shout out to Rose! Thank you for all your help). Absolutely loved it and I'm looking forward to going again!

Amazing staff! The manager (soul was her name I believe) was amazing! She helped us find everything on an outfit we were putting together and even added some nice touches of her own flair and it looked amazing! The other staff (Alyssa, Melissa,) were super nice and helped very nice! Definitely will come back! Also had a bad problem at another store but Soul made sure we felt comfy in her store! YOU GO GUYS! 😁😁😁

Rose and Hailee were so helpful when I came in today! When they didn't have the bottom half of a lingerie set in my size, they were sure to check all other stores; when none of the other stores had the piece in stock, both of them helped me select another bottom to match the top I'd chosen--and it's perfect! I really appreciated their time and attention.

They have amazing products and every time I go in I specifically ask for Alyssa to help me. She is so knowledgeable and her customer service is impeccable not even just for me but with other customers I've seen her interact with while I'm looking around the store. She is an employee you should definitely be proud to have and if she hasn't gotten one already she should definitely be promoted. It's hard to find employee's with her kind of customer service.

I may not leave many reviews on but Google, but Emily is a very special expectation! (I also really love Blue Boutique, it may sometimes be expensive, but you pay to be able to have personal access to what you want in this state I live in. Also I LOVE supporting local business!)

I went into this location just stopping by and she helped me with the Pleaser shoes I've been longing for! I stopped by on 5/5 just to look around as I was close. I ended up buying a pair, even though the shoes I wanted most were not available at the store that night or at any other location.

Emily went out of her way to search for my (tiny size 5 &1/2 - 6) size in the other two pairs I was considering. She reached out to me today 5/8 to let me know that they are available at another location (Sugar House.) When I let her know I'm willing to wait for transfer to her location so she can get the appreciation for her hard work, she informed me that it will be okay and she will share that appreciation with employees. (She just wanted me to be happy!!)

Emily is a great manager! I really hope I get to see her more often in the future and tell many others of her amazingness!

The ladies working on the days I visited the store were all wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The store was well organized and tidy. Kat was especially helpful, friendly, had a fantastic personality and even went out of her way to research a product to meet my specific needs. She was very sociable and made me feel comfortable in my shopping. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences.

Best experience I've ever had at an adult shop! Emily really helped me out and was super cool. Emily hyped me up and really took good care of me. Being plus size I disnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all, they helped me find some outfits that look great and are great quality! I adore this shop and I'll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by blue when I was visiting Utah. And kat was so amazingly helpful! She helped me find a great little number to suprise my fiance with when I returned home! I also found the perfect set for my wedding night. Kat made the whole experience very comfortable and super easy! Next time I'm in Utah I ll be stopping by and recommend everyone ask for her if they want 5 star service.

This is an amazing shop! I was really impressed and loved basically every item they had. Wide variety of sexy lingerie, outfits, Halloween costumes, and more. Their corsets are some of the best selection I've seen! Very unique and beautiful. The employee that helped me look around, November, was awesome!

Edit: changing my stars because I talked to the manager of the location and they fixed everything and all is well. This hands down is still my favorite location and Emily is absolutely my favorite.

This is usually the location I prefer to go to. The normal lady in the back room (Emily) is my absolute favorite she is beyond helpful. Whoever the lady tonight that was back there has the worst customer service I've ever experienced there. Literally ruined the start of my honeymoon trip.

We went in to your store to pick up an item that was held for us from another store. Your salesperson Soul (I think that was her name) was amazing! She not only helped us exchange an item, but she worked with my girlfriend and find her another amazing outfit that she'll be able to use on her photo shoot. Thank you for her friendly and professional attitude. We will be going back to the Blue Boutique in the future...

Very cute store had a lot of items like shoes and accessories. Cat and November were the emps that assisted me and cat freaking nailed it because I dislike trying on items because I get fed up with it real fast but she was encouraging and fun and made it worthwhile! Nov very nice as well, provided lots of info that I would have never thought to ask
