I had to replace my old phone and of course going to Russell cellular is always a very positive experience. The associate that dealt with me to begin with was Ashley. She was so informative and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Once my phone came in after ordering it, I picked it up and it had to be programmed. For some reason it wasn't loading my WI fi but again the associate that walked me through everything was wonderful. I can't thank Russell cellular for their professionalism, caring, understanding, and patience. We've been customers since 2014 and we've been with Verizon a long time. Thanks to your service and all that you do, I am always referring people.. we love you guys very much..

I have been a customer since the store opened. Anytime I go into the store I'm greeted with smiling and friendly staff. I have had to make a couple of insurance claims and each time Natalie made sure it was a smooth process. The store always has the device I'm looking for. The attention given to customers and their needs is amazing. You definitely don't get that kind of hometown service in a bigger store/community.

Ashley was very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions and I was able to leave with a new phone. She can multi task as she helped her co worker help other customers as she helped me. Great job Ashley!

I don't even live in Benson anymore, and I will travel 40+ miles just to be greeted by such fantastic people. They are home town proud, and very great to work with. If you have any issues they can help. If they cannot help you, they will find someone that can. They are great about keeping business local and supporting local businesses! Their manager Natalie is a pleasure to work with and I am a lifelong customer! Thank you for all you guys do! Keep up the great work!

We have a Verizon business account and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our cell phone needs. For years we went to Tucson and everytime we went to a Verizon store we would leave and our account was messed up but since we have only been doing business in Benson at Russell Cellular we have never had any problems at all. Natalie (the manager) is extremely helpful and always gives very good customer service. While I have been in there I have witnessed many older people who come in that she spends a lot of time explaining how to use their phones. She goes above and beyond in helping them and she has done this with my parents many times s too. As a business owner I understand the value of customer service and this business truly exemplifies the term customer service. 
Update - this is still true and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our business or personal phones. Still getting great service!

I went to our Benson Store Nataly is the Manager! She is so sweet, have been going there for years! She and all her Employees great me when I go in! One of her Employees will wait on me if she is busy! I needed help on my Tablet today and Kylie got it straightened out! I couldn't do my Texting on our older phone anymore! So my Husband and I bought a new phone, She set it all up transferred all our phone numbers! We really enjoy the personal attention we get we get there!

Ashley handles our business account and she does an awesome job. Any questions or concerns we have she always handles it very professionally and never lets us down.

I was having tons of troubles with my insurance and iCloud and with neither of their customers supports caring about my problem, i took it into the Verizon and Marcus got me up and running again within 30 minutes instead of the hours I’ve spend frustrated on customer supports. He really knew what he was doing and was also very pleasant to be around. Definitely going back there next time.

The entire staff are super helpful and energetic to find a solution that works best for me!! After going in there once I will continue to keep coming to this store even though it’s a bit out of the way. The customer service I receive is beyond worth it! Both the manager Ashley, and her rep Marcus have sat down with me and really made my trip feel effortless! Great Store!👍🏼

I started dealing with this Benson Verizon store about two years ago, maybe a little sooner, and have had nothing but a good experience, the best. Jav Dav Productions will always take advantage of the excellent knowledge and service here. Everybody here has always been very transparent and helpful. Very laid back, all management quality. Again, I will always come here for help.

Natalie and her team are amazing! They fix any problems or can help you find the person who can help. I won’t go to any other Verizon store! (Except maybe Ashley’s) They are always happy to help.

I enjoy my experience every single time I go in, for any questions I have, for phones which would best suit me. The staff is attentive and a joy to business, what is better is that it is here in town. I call it my verizon when anyone asks about that sort of thing always refer to Natalie and the rest of the crew!

I told the gentleman helping us, that there is atleast one other person that works there, that he needs to give people skill lessons to. All the time this young man was helping us, I kept telling how good he was, and what a pleasure he was to have him help us. He was exceptionally good. Keep that gentleman, his mannerism, will make people want to come back. He really knew his stuff. He was so patient with me as a senior and my 12 year old. She went skipping out of the store because of all the good help he was to her. You want people to come back, keep him. I have and my husband have been in that store many times, and I was NOT looking forward to it this time, at all. But he took all that negativism from our last experiences away. Once, again, keep that young man.

Cheyenne Long was very knowledgeable and efficient. She has outstanding customer vsercice skills. I am very satisfied with her service. The same can be said for the other employees working today. This is a very well managed store!

I updated my phone with Simone recently and I was very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff. Since the purchase of my phone I have been in several times for the staff to explain things to me. They have been patient and don't let me leave until I understand what I am doing. On February 4, I had another question. Cheyenne answered my question then noticed that I had an outdated tablet. They had tablets on sale so I updated and she explained my tablet to me. Between the times I came in Simone had taken time to call when the Uhmm was on sale. I couldn't get in at that time but I am interested and I know that they will call me during next sale. THAT IS FAITH IN A COMPANY, something you can't trust anymore
