Edit 10/2020... the new building is great. No drop off in service or food quality. Front of house and back of house really love being there and serving their guests.

Great food and service are why they are the #2 hot dog shack in the country. Plus bonus pudding cups for the kids. Chicago dog is great. Pastrami dog is fantastic. Chili was flavorful. Onion rings and zucchini fries were also good.

We are traveling in the area and wanted to find a lunch restaurant with a dog friendly patio. Not only does Wild Dogs have pet friendly seating, it is covered and enclosed. It was very comfortable! They even offer a cut up hot dog for your dog for only$1. All of the food was excellent and the service was perfect. This is a comfortable, welcoming, atmosphere with good prices and great food.

This place is fantastic and run by the greatest people. You can go have a fabulous hot dog meal for cheap and get a free dessert to boot. If I lived here I'd be making it a weekly visit. Next time I go I'm getting the brisket they gave me a sample and it was wonderful.

Menu is large with many items other than hotdogs. We had BBQ brisket and it was amazing! Lots of great sides to choose from as well. French fries come in multiple varieties and onion rings are available. We sampled fried Mac-N-Cheese which was very yummy! Small, family owned business run by the sweetest couple! A highlight in Benson!

This place was amazing. Last time, I got a chili cheese dog (which was amazing). The homemade chili is made daily. This time, I opted for the Philly cheese steak. It was amazing also. They have numerous different fries to choose from. The service was exceptional like last time. Very friendly, fast service and great food at a comparable price, what more can you ask for?

My dad found this place after visiting Kartchner Caverns. It looks like a converted trailer with an enclosed patio, so somewhat unassuming from the outside. They have a pretty extensive collection of hot dogs and other grill items. After getting a sample of their brisket, though, I had to have their brisket sandwich, which was delicious. The proprietor recommended the onion rings, and they were frankly amazing, and I say this as a non-fan of onion rings--the breading was light and crisp, with just a hint of sweetness. Very friendly atmosphere, good food, really nice owners. Best place to relax after a long trip. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Benson.

Brisket stuffed baked potato was amazing service was great very friendly they gave us samples when we walked in the door as we had never been there before. Then they even gave us a chocolate pudding for dessert free great visit. Definitely recommend going there if your in the area.

Virus? What virus? This family-owned restaurant is cleaner than your local hospital. When I arrived for my first-ever visit, they were continually wiping down every surface with disinfectant, including credit cards. They were so thankful that I stopped to eat, and tripped all over themselves to make sure I enjoyed my (totally delicious) meal. They even took 15 minutes out of a busy day to help me with a minor truck problem. This kind of thing is why it's so important to support local businesses -- they are real people who connect with their communities. Thank you!!!

All the great reviews are well-deserved! We had the Sonoran dog and the brisket baked potato, both were awesome! My wife was thinking of going for the Chicago dog but after trying a sample of the brisket she changed her mind thanks to the tender and juicy flavor. The Sonoran was piled high with goodness that made it a bit difficult to eat but oh so delicious. What really makes this place a 5 star are the owners. Scott took our order and it felt like we were seeing an old friend. He stopped by our table to chat, topped off the water bottles we brought with us and refilled our cooler with ice. His wife was right there to check in on us and bring us complimentary pudding dessert.
It's friendly gestures like that which will keep people coming back.

Choices, wow. Abundant menu, with build your own combo options. Great prices and friendly service, but leave your weight watchers at the door. Come for the food and don't forget your dessert. Two thumbs way, way up. Thanks guys.

There's a reason their rating are high, friendly people and good food. Had the brisket sandwich and tater tot for a side the brisket was good, but the tater tot were among the best I have had. Don't forget the pudding when you finish your meal.

Okay well I gave him five stars cuz he's a really nice guy and I like him. The food is really good not my kind of food but my kind of restaurant owner a really nice guy. If you are into all kinds of meats and brats and brisket and you like lots of fried side entrees like mushrooms and zucchini sticks and all kinds of deep fried breaded junk I know that the food here is higher quality I mean I'm more into veggie food myself. But I've got to say this guy is really cool the owner is great he plays vintage movies on the big screen in the dining room like old black-and-white classics and he's got a real personable touch and he's always trying to give you a sample of what he thinks is interesting and new. I know he has the highest Quality Meats he picks them out himself and get this all the hot dogs all the brats and all the food are 100% pure beef. There is no pork served at this restaurant at all and for a hot dog stand I think you got to say a lot about that. The place is very clean the owner Waits on you himself and he will do anything to make sure you are happy except they don't think he's going to serve tofu burgers on whole grain bread but that's not what this is about. I don't know just a really great place a really nice guy I can't say enough about the owner he's awesome and just a really great place to eat I think they have like specials on Friday and Saturday night for dinner like spaghetti that has wife makes homemade and wish I was into brats brisket hot dogs but it's not really my scene but if you like high-quality all beef hot dogs and brats with the highest quality brisket and hand-picked me and you like an owner that really takes pride in the food and the appearance of the restaurant and you want to have fun with your family I think if you and wife and kids go there you have such a good time and if you go in the middle of the day alone they've got these old black and white movies and the owner will come out and talk to you while you're eating if he's not busy and he's just a really cool guy so if you're into brisket brats hot dogs I mean this is probably as high quality as you will find anywhere on Earth even Germany

Many different types of hot dogs cooked with only Vienna Beef Hot Dogs. Owners provide excellent customer service and dogs eat free.

Easy on/off from freeway, great customer service, excellent prices. And the food. Best french fries/onion rings ever! I am not a hot dog person but I got the firehouse dog. So glad I did. Spicy, juicy, filling, and delicious. Hubby got the smoked brisket sandwich and WOLFED it down. Great seating inside and a formal covered patio coming soon. My family (3 dogs and a hubby) will be back soon.

What a wonderful place. Great customer service. Everything we ordered was perfect, onion rings with a thin coating that was crispy, yet didn't crumble when you took a bite. The pastrami sandwich was so good and the bread roll tasted like homemade bread. The hot dog was the best, great flavor and a nice bite. Generously topped with delicious chili. They even put in a piece of hard candy that looked like a peppermint only yellow, but tasted like lemon cream. It was the cherry on top. The place has great atmosphere too. Super cute, great experience, and I am planning to make the trip again.

An absolute hidden treasure! We came here for a late lunch based on the already high reviews through Google. The food was very delicious. I had the Chicago dog with my onion rings and my husband had the corn dogs and fries. The server was hilarious and extremely pleasant. The restaurant had plenty of seating, was clean, and was throwback to the vintage era. Overall, this was more than a great meal; it was an enjoyable experience!

The brisket potato is absolutely positively the best potato I've ever tasted. My first visit there and I was in total disbelief. The building isn't much at all but once you step inside your hit with cheerfulness and sincere kindness. The owners truly want you to enjoy your meal so they will give you samples to ensure you'll like what you order. This little place has recently been added to the "Top 10 in the Nation Hot Dog joint" and #3 in the Nation for their fabulous Onion Rings. The food here is spectacular but it is just a fun place altogether!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
