Enjoyed having conversation with Emily she took good care of us, starving actors. And the food was delicious, I really wanted some good grilled meet and it was spot on. Anyone hungry and even just looking for good food should try the grill side on menu.

If you're passing through, pick this place for outstanding food! Don't worry, you'll get what you pay for. Pablo Burger is excellent. Wings are huge and done right!

The salad was crisp and fresh. The side of beans was good. Both our beef dinners were cooked perfectly, lightly seasoned, and had good portions. Liked it better than the Horseshoe Cafe down the street in Benson. Good first experience for dinner.

Stopped by on Friday January 26, 2024 for a late dinner. Ribeye steak and trimming were absolutely awesome cooked to perfectoin, was so big wife and i share it (14 oz). Waitress was very friendly and socialable!

Great people. The staff women are awesome. The cooks everything is wonderful. I've been looking for a good, real, Chicken fried steak. Lo and behold found one. The have wonderful pinto beans too.

We had lunch here today for our anniversary. Our first time there. I give them a 10+ overall. The food was really great. I highly recommend this local restaurant.

My husband had perfectly cooked steak. My chicken sandwich was fresh and good. Big nice real onion rings. My husband said the men’s room could use cleanup.

Ordered a salad, and the others ordered steaks. My salad was so fresh and crisp. The beans on the Taco salad were really home made beans. So yummy and filling. The others liked their steaks and their michaladas. Everything was great. Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes.

I'm attempting to try everything on the menu. I'm about 25% through. Haven't had anything less than delicious yet. Service is great no matter what time or day you go. Prices are quite low for the high quality and great service. The ribs alone are worth coming here.

Our first time to Benson. We were recommended to come here. Nice little family style restaurant. Nothing fancy, but the food is good and it beats the hell out of a chain restaurant. Staff is VERY friendly and our food was plate lickin good. My girlfriend had the breaded shrimp and my sweetie and I shared the chicken fried steak. Margaritas were also very good. Keep doing what your doing Pablos, we will be back!

We were seated immediately upon arrival. The server was sweet and speedy. The food was AMAZING 👏 😋 will definitely be back on our next trip.

Great steaks and Ribs. The baked sweet potato was grand. Service attentive, so warm and friendly! Definitely a must-go-back dinner!!

Food was GREAT... SERVICE AS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. WE'VE LEARNED.. STAY AWAY FROM RIBS AND CHICKEN. Steaks and Burgers...Excellent .. They dont do 1/2 and 1/2 with Their Zucchini and Mushrooms... (Thats ok the mushrooms are not up to par Period. Their salads of all are very good.

I highly recommend eating here. We were welcomed by a very friendly hostess and our waitress. Both of these ladies worked together to ensure we were happy and kept our drinks refilled. We loved the option for salsa and chips or rolls and beans before you even order your meal. I ordered a steak, potatoes and salad and everything was delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. All of this and the prices were affordable. We will be back!

Friendly, efficient and welcoming service I ordered the New York Strip steak. It was perfectly cooked. The baked potato was delicious.

Pablo’s is my favorite restaurant in Benson.

My Family of 8 Adults went in on Thursday evening about 5pm, we were seated right away. Our Waitress was Amazing had our drinks out quickly and brought us Rolls, Chips and Salsa while we placed our order. All of us ordered different menu items I had a Wonderful side salad and it was fresh and very good! We all received our food in a timely manner and everyone talked about how good the food is! I had a 6oz sirloin and it was cooked perfectly and had a very good Flavor!! I definitely want to go back soon!! I really wish I could remember the Waitresses name but I'm not good with names but she was Outstanding!! She kept our Drinks Full and all 8 plates were correct and cooked appropriately!! ❤❤❤❤

I am very sick and can't/won't eat most of the time. Pablos is how my husband gets me to eat. Everything about this place is fantastic!

Great laid back vibe and ribeye was cooked to perfection. They serve salsa and chips complimentary style. Salsa is really good. Right amount of heat.

On staycation, I wanted to try local places for dining. My boyfriend and I decided to try Pablo's because we love "steak and more." It was a Saturday early evening, and there was a tiny wait time, and we elected to sit at the lounge's high top table.

We started with the fried zucchini appetizer, which came in spears, and enjoyed the light texture of the breading and the zucchini's taste. My boyfriend ordered the fajitas "Trio" (shrimp, beef, and chicken), and I ordered the carne asada plate.

I tasted a piece of his chicken fajitas and was pleasantly surprised how tender and moist it was; he loved the entire plate. My carne asada was cut up into bite-sized pieces and was seasoned so well. The Spanish rice was so light and fluffy and flavorful. The meal was awesome!

Our server, Emily, we learned from speaking with a local resident, was the manager, and she was friendly, attentive, and fast. She was handling so many things but never looked harried. If I had been recording, you could have heard her saying "corner!" many times as she worked her way throughout the restaurant.

We'll go back, not just for the food, but for the awesome service too!
