AT&T Store

I came here just for a charger and screen protector, but the AT&T worker Rene I believe was extremely persuasive and helpful. He pointed out how there were great plans and accessories there at AT&T and now I am glad to know I’m apart of the family. Rene really is a man of the people , real genuine cool demeanor I would strongly suggest he moves up in the company. Will definitely recommend my friends come to this location

This was the best customer service that I’ve ever had. The manager (David) is so knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. He gave us the best service that he could. The store was clean, smell amazing. The staff were super friendly we have a lot of fun conversations. I highly recommend this store if you need any service from AT&T. Thank you David and Rene!!!

I broke my phone and had to go into this location to get a resolve fast! They were almost closing and I was sure I wouldn’t be able to get it all done before closing. Jorge the sales rep came to assist me right away. He took care of all my needs and gave me additional information to save me money on my bill. He sold me a brand new iPhone 15Pro and all the accessories. The transfer of info to the new device was fast and he was so chill and patient with me. We got it all done by closing. It was like we had been friends for years. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this store. Thanks to Jorge for the great customer service!!!!!

The manager Dave and the floor worker Rene were really helpful and patient this morning. I bought an Apple Watch for my child at the Manhattan beach store and it was not connected correctly to the cellular network. I returned to Manhattan beach and was told it was a nationwide problem without actually looking at the watch. Dave took the time to set it up properly and now it’s working. Go check this store out. I was also impressed at their attentiveness on New Year’s Day. Thanks for the service, fellas. Take care.

Friendly and quick service. Rene and Marlo guided me through the trade in process and even saved me money on my plan. Walked right in and was helped instantly. The manager, Dave, was also super helpful.

I purchased an Iphone 15 from the salesperson by the name of Rene. Rene was awesome he quickly and efficiently transferred my old phone to my new phone and it didn’t take that long. His knowledge on the iPhone and transfer was impeccable and not only that he exuded excellent customer service.

Rene was so patient with me and explained all my options. Stellar service! Upgraded my phone in less than 5 minutes. Even worked with a family member over the phone to get me access to our family account. Best AT&T guy around!

I am in from out of country and Rene and David at AT&T were incredibly accommodating and provided great service! We played cornhole in the store while they got us all set up and on our way! Much appreciated!

Came in to check out what deals they have for the new iPhone, the guys were extremely helpful and welcoming. Anthony, George and Miles are honestly the best AT&T team I have encountered, they made the experience extremely easy and were with me step by step. I was having trouble with my phone and noticed the AT&A store and went in. Staff was very friendly. I let them know of my issue and David took my phone and looked at it. He asked me showed me how to go into the settings. He walked me through a few things then he spotted something and let me know how to switch the setting back to where i wanted it. I guess i mistakenly changed something. He then let me know of some cool promotions. I am not quite ready, but will come back here when i am.

Jeremy was the best AT&T representative I have ever worked with before!! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t say enough nice things about him and this store!!
