I had the nicest experience with a young woman named Shannon . She helped me out so much this evening. I was searching for a frame with an odd size matte .Not only did she find it but she framed the item that I had to perfection . This is personal service at its best . Shannon was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and spent the time required. to make sure everything was the way it should be . I’m still feeling the joy that she made my shopping experience

We had 8 prints we wanted framed and matted so we consulted the talented staff at Michaels. They walked us through the process and helped us choose colors for matting and frames. On checkout we were quoted 3 days for completion (quite fast and acceptable by us) and all of our prints were ready for pick up the following morning (quite impressive!)

Great deal on tee shirts! We went to Michaels twice this month looking for a white tee shirt for a project and they had the size we needed in stock and it was only $3 and the shirts were great quality! Happy with our purchase! 😁

I like this store & the staff. They usually always have what I'm looking for. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I can definitely buy a lot of this stuff somewhere else & pay a lot less. But I'm paying for the convenience of knowing that item will be available online or back in stock. Im paying for staff that is readily available to help me the best they can, or they get me to someone who can help. I get what I pay for and I like paying for that at the Michael's in Sturbridge.

Love it! Great craft supplies and a wide selection. Awesome craft projects and ideas. Reasonable prices and excellent deals. Very friendly and helpful staff! I also love that you can buy online and pick up at the store. Their app is cool too! You can search what you're looking for in the store and it will give you the aisle to find it in.
