Scrap It Up

the best little used craft store you will ever go to. the staff are just so nice and welcoming, and are willing to work with you. my favourite part of coming here was their little homemade signage for all the different bins and sections of items, they are so thoughtful and i highly reccomend you check them out!

This little shop in Pleasant Ridge is a crafter's/teacher's/Sunday School teacher's/knitter's/scout leader's/sewing fan's dream. The store is filled with donations of all sorts of craft second-hand craft supplies at inexpensive prices waiting to find a second life in a new project. I never know what I will find when I visit, but I love the treasure hunt, and I always find something.

Scrap it Up is a nonprofit and a makers dream! The inventory is constantly changing depending on what has been donated. But the prices are affordable and it is an environmentally friendly way to replenish your stash -- or to clean out your stash.

This is a really organized little store for crafters, makers, teachers, etc. There's a lot to see here!

Amazing selection of basic cottons, biased tapes and sewing notions all at very affordable prices and it upcycles unwanted craft supplies! Staff/volunteers are super helpful and friendly too. It's a win on all fronts and new fav sewing/crafting supplies store.

When people talk about going to their happy place, this is where I think of. I'm a crafter and a teacher, so this place meets my personal, professional, and financial needs!

A recyclers dream store! In fact, if you do a lot of smaller sewing projects, this place cannot be beat for fabric remnants. The only drawback is that they are absolutely out of space, making shopping a often uncomfortable experience. My wish for Scrap It Up is that someone with a more spacious commercial space available will donate something rent-free or super low rent to this very worthy nonprofit so it can expand its mission. Thanks for being there Scrap It Up!

This place is awesome. All of the ladies are very friendly and very helpful. I will be back around August 3 rd looking for any Holiday fabrics this will be a big shop for all fabric for me. I have been visiting from Charleston SC off and on past few months flying this time I have a car. Look out. Lol

I really like the concept of Scrap it Up, keeping arts and craft supplies out of the landfill by finding them a second home at a reasonable price for the next creative type. I was able to find what I was looking for (glitter, dimensional paint and glass beads) along with several items I didn't know I needed. I left with 2 well filled bags for a small fraction of what I would have paid at a chain craft store.

Such a fun crafty store! It's a thrift shop for all sorts of art and craft supplies. Very cheap prices! Yarn $3 a pound. Tons of quilting books. Containers, beads, paints, rubber stamps, and everything else you could want for your projects. All volunteer workers and they're all very sweet.

What a great place to donate and find inexpensive craft and sewing supplies. Volunteers are delightful. I donated 49-1/2 pounds of craft items, avoiding the landfill--they weigh your donations and advise of it.

This "pocket" shop has a little bit of everything! I learned that it's run entirely by volunteers who care about sustainability, creativity, and making sure that supplies are financially in reach for the local community.

As other reviews have said, this place is a gem. I don't even want to say what I go to buy just to keep that part to myself a little longer. Very nice staff. This place is a crafter's dream. So many things you can buy just to try your hand at.

Just found this store today. It's a little honey pot. Filled with odds and ends of craft and sewing notions. Books fabric , embellishments , yarn .
It's a crafts dream not to mention the prices are incredible! Scraps by the lb.

Fantastic little shop to buy fabric and other odds & ends for sewing, crafting, etc. VERY nice ladies who work/volunteer there. You will be amazed at the low, low prices and the wide selection of items in such a tiny, cozy shop. Look for it on Ridge between UDF and the CRC/Castle Park. They have a fabric sale this month (January) for $2.00 per lb! I brought home these two large bags full of fabric for about $25. And I bought stamps (to go with ink pads, for card making) at an obscene price. Go see for yourself!

So fun to be here and find little stuff for my girls to do together.
