My go-to place in the area for bulk cleaning/hygiene items! Simply Zero carries my favorite shampoo and conditioner bars in-store as well as bulk castile soap, witch hazel, and baking soda along with much more! In addition to having an online storefront (very user friendly), the clerks are very knowledgeable and happy to help you find what you need!

Don't buy salt, soap, vinegar, or coconut oil anywhere else! Why buy a piece of plastic packaging every time you need 2oz. of salt when you can come fill a jar here? Their dish soap bars are excellent and I love the sustainable dish brush with replaceable head. Thank you! Stay local!

This is a great place if you care about sustainable and environmental friendly living. I like that you can bring your containers from home and fill them up with soap, shampoo, detergent etc. They have everything from personal care to household goods. Great store with friendly employees.

I’m a tree hugger by nature but in practice I am not. While I love nature I’ve not done anything to preserve it. Simply Zero is a step in the right direction. I visited the store and was impressed with the variety of reusable products. Rather then recycle their focus is to keep plastics, etc. out of the refuse stream. For example I bought a reusable paper towel that replaces 30 rolls of paper towels.

What a lovely store! I was very impressed & inspired by the refill station's selection and variety - soap, body wash, essential oils, even hair spray! The staff was super warm, welcoming, and informative. I'm so happy that a store like this exists in Cincy. 🙂 I will be back!

Do not walk past this place! The show owner and staff are kind, down to earth and helpful. If you are exploring a more natural and environmentally friendly options, they'll answer all your questions! They have so many interesting products to browse. I passed by so many times, and wish I would have stopped in sooner. I am looking forward to my next visit and exploring more of their high quality products.

I Just made my first purchase from Simply Zero after almost a year of following the shop on Instagram. I love the concept and was sorely missing this service from my life in other places I’ve lived. Beauty and bath products are two places I’ve been wanting to cut back on waste, and the refillable bottles are a perfect solution for me right now. Also - free local delivery! I was shocked that this convenience was available. Such an above and beyond service. I hope to be a long-term customer.

A recently opened shop has fulfilled a dream I had: eliminate waste in containers for household necessities. Now I have a place to go and refill my laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning agents in their original containers or a glass one. There is zero plastic packaging in the store. Anything that looks like plastic is plant based. Beauty, household care, self care covered here.
