Great selection of anything grocery wise u need, but more expensive than walmart

Room service provided me with a very clean room. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the continental breakfast wasn't to bad.

I was traveling with a coworker who lives in France now, and he had a list of “American snacks” that his kids wanted, so we went on a junk food shopping spree. Everything is clean and well laid-out, with good signage in the aisles, and a good selection of everything we were looking for. His kids are going to get the sugar crazies next week.

I’ve been shopping in this store for years and I’ve seen it look really good to really bad but there’s one bright light in this store that keeps me coming the the manager in the red vest Courtney makes everyone day when they come in even on my worst day when I see him I can’t help but smile. I just want everyone to know he’s awesome and is he married cause he’s cute I need to know for me?

I had exceptional customer service at self checkout from Courtney just now. He saw my hands were full and w/o any prompting helped me checkout no questions asked. Best service I’ve had in the 10 years shopping at this Kroger. (& they had one of my favorite wines, Casal Garcia Vinho Verde ⭐)

I came into this Kroger at 6:30am desperately hoping someone would be in the floral department and could blow up some balloons. It was my son's birthday and I had forgotten to get them the night before. Peggy was able to come to the floral department and do it for me, even though the floral department technically wasn't open. She was kind and courteous and the experience made my day. Big kudos to Peggy!

The majority of employees are super friendly and helpful. Usually no wait to check out. Store is clean. Has 2 restrooms, one up front and one in back. Just wish they would stop rearranging the store every few months. Just when I start to know where everything is they change it again.

I’m not here to review this Kroger so much as to brag on an employee named Eric from the produce section. Talk about somebody who knows a store. I asked where a specific product/brand was, and he immediately said “Isle 20, in the middle, under…” This man sent me RIGHT to the product I was looking for. I loved not having to waste time searching for it. I loved not having to be angry that an employee sent me to the wrong place. I loved that he knew exactly where something was on the opposite side of the store. I know this Kroger gets a lot of flack sometimes, but the employees are great. Eric might be one of the best.

This Kroger isn't in my neighborhood but I was at a friends and stopped on my way home. I must say it is one of the best Krogers I have been to. The only one better is the one at Harper's Point, and that is because of all the check out lanes they always have open. Plus it's the one closest to me.

I go out of my way to go to this Kroger. Very nice staff, well organized and clean store. Recently have been doing grocery pickup and my expectations have been exceeded! Highly recommend!

I spent more time in the store than I intended. Checking out was great. Staff Loretta was very efficient in getting me checked out in a timely manner. My grocerys were bagged as I like (like products bagged together) and easy to carry. Loretta was very polite.

This was a great shopping experience. The store was clean and well stocked. Great Sushi ! My Cashier Connie Broom was the nicest most helpful person. She has such a friendly smile. Helped me with all my questions.

Gregory in the meat department is such a sweet nice man, I called and got that department but needed to know about applesauce. He went anyway and looked for me and was so sweet and nice about it. I might have to go in someday and thank him. Kroger you need more employees like Gregory!!!!

I personally love this krogers but admittedly I don't go in as much since pandemic. prefer pick up which is awesome and go thru pharmacy drive thru as much as possible.

I'm low-key mad at the management here - evidently they've hired the nicest people in Cincinnati and won't share them with other businesses.

I kinda like this Kroger. It seems to be a one that takes care of the place. From what I saw the employees care about the way the store looks and what is going on too. I may have to change store locations. It has big aisles big enough for the shopping carts. You actually see the employees cleaning they are not play acting.

This store is big and beautuful. The employees are friendly and helpful. I love shopping here. Did I say there was a Starbucks Coffee inside the store. So convenient. You all need to visit this Kroger on Kenard St in Cincinnati.

We always visit Kroger at Mitchell well I had a great experience with them because I also pay my gas and electric bill there I want to see the manager the manager approached me in 10 minutes she was explaining that she was fix my account properly and she took care of that and also add something to it as late charges excellent service

This store is always kept clean and is a pleasant store to go to!
