Great service! Folks here know their stuff and take the time to answer questions and provide information. The experience was very personal and you’re not just another customer at a big box store. Plus, I always like to support local businesses and even more when they’re run so well (no pun intended 😆). Will come back again when it’s time to replace the shoes I got today.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at Queen City Running West yesterday. Donna took a lot of time fitting my daughter for 2 pairs of training shoes plus spikes for her track & field season. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I was very impressed by Donna's knowledge of shoe wear and how to fit the best shoes for my daughter's foot type. I also appreciated Donna sharing with us that my daughter could wear cross country spikes for track so that she could hopefully get two seasons of running in the same pair of spikes (as long as my daughter's feet don't grow!) The customer service at Queen City Running West was exemplary. The knowledge and patience of staff was encouraging and informative. The student-athlete discount was helpful on the budget. Overall, this specialty running store delivered!

Excellent selection of shoes for ruining/walking. The staff is also extremely helpful. The gentleman I worked with was very knowledgeable and allowed me to test many different options to find the right shoe! Highly recommend for anyone in the area searching for running shoes!

Yeah, I bought a pair of shoes to referee basketball, Joe fixed me up with a pair Brooks, they feel great, it took a couple of times up and back, got them broken in now.

The service and attention you get at QCR is nothing but exceptional. I learned so much today and would recommend this place every time.

Excellent service nice selection. Took my Granddaughter for running shoes 👟. Got a student discount as well. Give them a try instead of the bix box stores. You won't be disappointed.

The 2 emplyees were both great. Very helpful and informative w gradually letting your feet get used to the inserts compared to wearing them all day every day. They have great brands of shoes to keep your feet and body feeling better and inserts to go w diff foot n activity needs. Great service

I can't believe that this store is only a couple of miles from my home and it took me this long to finally walk in - so glad I did! I've never had such comfortable walking shoes and was actually fitted like in the old days! It took some doing but got my husband there too and he agrees with me! Great customer service and lots to choose from. Don't pass the Franki bars at the check out - they are awesome!

The service here is great. The staff are experienced and very knowledgeable. You'll be able to get s great pair of shoes and find all your running supplies here at reasonable prices. This is the best spot in Cincinnati to find what you need.

I must say I have shopped at both stores and have nothing but rave reviews for them both. My first experience was approximately 2 or so years ago at the West Chester location. My previous New Balance shoes has a new design change that weren’t going to work. I felt defeated because those shoes helped save my lower back from standing and running around on my feet for 13 hours/day at work. The gentleman who cared for me took his time and suggested several shoes that might work. His first recommendation was the Brooks Glycerin. I tried them on and didn’t want to take them off. I looked no further. He was very nice and helpful. I have been purchasing the Glycerin shoes since then.

Fast forward to now. The Glycerin 18 design change completely ruined the shoe for me. I stopped into the store on Cheviot and was immediately greeted by Donna. I told her about my dilemma and she suggested several shoes for me. She even helped me try the shoes on and tied them for me. She listened to all of my concerns with each shoe I tried on. She was very patient and even checked the clearance to see if they had an older Glycerin style. We then discussed trying a men’s 7 since the width of the women’s shoes were my biggest concern. After trying on a handful of shoes I ended up trying on and purchasing the men’s Brooks Ghost 13. I am happy with the fit, design, and comfort. I was on my way to a meeting and asked if they had protein bars or something to tide me over for the meeting. She suggested a homemade protein bar that the wife of either the owner or manager makes. It was DELICIOUS and very filling. It was perfect.

Queen City Running is top notch. The customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend trying either store as I have great experiences at both.

Bought a pair of shoes on my first visit here and brought my dad and wife back the next day so they could get shoes. We all got great deals and the salesman were very informative about how to select running shoes. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was very nice as well. This is my new spot for running shoes! This was really a great experience!

Went to buy new running shoes and staff was great! I took my current shoes with me and they were able to show me my wear patterns and took measurements to recommend my next pair. She answered all my questions and was super personable. I will certainly be returning for my next pair!

I've previously purchased shoes based on magazine ratings, what might be best for the reviewer. Queen City Running got me in the shoes that are best for me.

My husband and I found the store while taking a walk. We were intrigued and so glad that we walked in the store. We had out 2 year old with us and everyone in the store was super friendly. They did not make us feel as if our son was a burden when he wanted to go around and check out all the shoes and apparel. In fact, they let him go to the stock room side and help bring out the boxes. It is a wonderful local business that our family will be sure to frequent!
