i’ll be honest with you it is truly unfortunate that on Mother’s Day weekend they only had a young kid manning the register while they had a manager blowing up hundreds of balloons possibly thousands and all the online orders it was completely swamped with literally no help granite they had everything we needed and we were taken care of but we stood in line and it was literally 37 minutes and then waited for the balloons to be filled up for another 10 minutes so we were there for 10 balloons a number one and a number for all inflated for a total of 47 minutes a bit much but again Mother’s Day weekend what are you expect thank you for all your hard work guys

Best experience that I have had at the Glenway location in a long time (had actually started going to the Colerain store because the girls employed at the Glenway store were always rude).

The young man working there yesterday was so friendly and helpful; a refreshing and welcomed change!

The manager, Mary, was an absolute delight. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about costumes and party supplies. She really knows the products. A+

I live in Nevada, and ordered some balloons for my daughter-law who was in the hospital in Cincinnati. Ordering online the only option for delivery was the next day. I was afraid she was going to be released, so I phoned Party City's 800 number, and a young man tried his best to get them delivered that day, but was unsuccessful. After checking the order status the balloons were delivered as scheduled, but my daughter-in-law was already released. I was not able to track down the balloons at the hospital. I phoned the Glenway Party City and spoke to Emma, and explained my dilemma. She said Party City would replace my order and send them to her home, which made me extremely happy. Therefore I am giving the Glenway Party City in Cincinnati 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

Placed an order online for in store pickup. There was a snafu with the product/sky number but the manager was pleasant and got it all taken care of right away!

I love the bins that they have what most people call Penny Candy. They have some really good selections the prices are low and it isn't much. At times they do have nice decorations or party favors and they'll always willing to help you out in any way they can.

I loved it! It was amazing I went looking for party supplies for my child & they had the theme I needed plus 100 more!! I'll Definitely go BK for each one of my child's partys! BTW they also have stuff for sweet 16 birthday party at 21st birthday party and neon glow party adult parties baby showers I mean everything I was amazed as soon as I walk in that store I will definitely go back!!!

Wide selection of candies, decorations and balloons! My god the balloons. We happened to show up at a relatively busy time, so word of advice: order your balloons FIRST, then go shopping. Friendly staff, and complies with Covid safety standards as well as they can. It is a pretty narrow place.

The staff was really nice. Price matched items that were discounted on the website but full price in-store. And offered me extra discounts. Will continue to shop here!
