Tri-County Goodwill Store

This review is for the Shop Goodwill crew. Diana is an amazing person. She is organized, efficient, and customer oriented. She is always pleasant, helpful, and friendly. She works hard and does her job very well. I've been picking up items from shopgoodwill for a few months now and she knows me by name and makes me feel valued. Whatever she is being paid is not enough. She needs to be recognized for the awesome person that she is and how well she does her job. Thank you, Diana!

Very friendly staff, has a tonnnn of stuff. Got a bag of watches, some comic mystery bags and a few really old LPs. Fun place

This location is always my first stop. Really nice place. Clean and pretty well organized. I didn't find everything I was looking for, but there are no guarantees.

This thrift store location is my favorite in the city (including ones from other chains). It's spacious, clean, and well laid out, with a wide variety of inexpensive clothing (and some accessories, wares, and furniture), and even a jewelry/gift kiosk in the store open until around 4 p.m. The employees over the past couple of years have always been friendly and helpful, regardless of the hour of the day.

Went looking for clothes for my grandson and found some awesome deals. Name brand shirts and some excellent shorts to match. My sister goes all the time and come out with all kinds of goodies!

It's over of the better Goodwill stores. A great selection for men, women, and kids. Fast checkout and friendly ppl. I'd recommend going, allot of items still have the tags attached, brand new.

Tri-County Goodwill is newly remodeled. Although they are now open to the public, they will officially celebrate a Grand Reopening on June 20, 2018.
They hand monthly calendars with all the specials on store for every day of that month.
There are different ways to save: by age, shopping day, sorted tag colors, and/or special store events.

I can't imagine what some people are thinking, when they rate a Goodwill store negatively because they had to wait in line. Good will is a charity, their main business is providing services to people with developmental disabilities. The donations you give, and the dollars to spend go to support the day programs, work programs, transportation and other services for the disabled. This is not a "thrift store" that you can decide you hate because they didn't have enough staff one day. Many of their employees have disabilities and depend on Public Transportation for the Disabled, such as Access, Peterman, or Goodwill's own buses. If the reason you go to Goodwill is to get in and out quickly, then perhaps you will indeed be best served by not coming in. While of course Goodwill stores want to provide good service, this is not a for profit company competing with TJMaxx, or Marshall's. I would hope that part of the reason you go to Good will is because of the great programs they provide for the people they serve, and go in knowing that large parts of this operation are handled by the disabled who are able to work in the community because of this store. Do you snarl and the disable bagger at the grocery store because he or she is too slow? It sounds like you would, if you are trash talking Goodwill because you had to wait in line.

This store is close to the warehouse, and has a great variety of merchandise. The prices are excellent, and they get much better, because the store has frequent 50 percent off days. Check store, or online for calendar.

Everyone was very nice went to return a shirt I brought my husband had no problems got my store credit and brought some music to listen to told them I see them soon

I love 50% off for folks over 50 years old days!! 2 pairs of pants for me, 2 shirts for my husband, a crystal vase, and a storage jar for under $19!!! Woo hoo!

Shaun back on wares is an amazing worker... truly overlooked, but takes pride in his work! He's welcoming... excellent & fast worker!

Full of nice gently used clothes, the jewelry department is the normal after market jewelry. A great place to look for a bargain.

Place was great. And the cashier was the best. I forgot be a small package and she came out in the freezing cold to give it to me.

Very organize store in which I will give 5 stars to I a heart beat. It's easy to find the sections that you are looking for. The workers are very friendly.

I stop in every now and then to see what I can find. I've gotten several fine pairs of slacks for work at a great price. They have a HUGE selection.
