The malts are always cold and amazing. The management is so nice. The bathrooms are clean as always and this definitely deserves 5 stars.

I love this UDF- the management and staff are always nice and quick with my order. They’re great for their malts, their donuts are always good, and the coffee is just perfect for getting me through my day. I never enter without a greeting, and I never leave without “Have a good one!”

The man with red hair is absolutely stunning and an awesome employee. Very good work ethic. Polite. Very professional. He's tall and strong. Wanna climb him like a tree. K thanks

The guy working there with red hair was very nice work hard for me but the filter or air raider on the man’s faucet is clogged I need a new faucet in the men’s room no donuts lol

I live about a 4 minute walk from the store (30 seconds by car) but I usually go to the Cleves Warsaw store to get milkshakes because every time I get one from this location, it’s like drinking a cup of milk. My girlfriend stopped to get shakes on her way home last night and once again I was reminded of why I go to a different location. I ended up throwing my $7 milkshake away, because what I got couldn’t even be considered a milkshake. This time the milkshakes were made by the older lady on the second shift, but I have had them made by several different people, and the results are always the same which leaves me to believe that they just were not trained correctly. Why else would all of their milkshakes come out with the same runny consistency if not for the training? so if you’re looking for milkshakes, you might want to drive about five minutes up the road to the Cleves Warsaw UDF instead of wasting your money on one from this location.

I would give zero if that were an option. I was going to order a shake. The woman was making a shake for a customer, went and handled cash for another customer, then walked back over and grabbed an ice cream scooper .. not ok! That's disgusting. I hope management looks at these reviews. People can get hepatitis and numerous other communicable diseases.

Just came from this udf around 9pm on January 9,2020. The staff working was extremely rude. Came in to look for ice cream and two employees walked to the back where I was, stared me down and walked right back to the front. Came back just to watch me. Another issue, an older lady came in and made a purchase and mis-swiped her card and when she left the staff was making fun of her and all around being rude. I was going to try to call someone higher up and have a discussion about it but I figured it’s easier to just write it here to let others know about the issue too.

Can’t even get the proper lids for there cups. And management doesn’t care or else they would have the correct lids. If the little things don’t matter then neither does the big things.

Their pumps never let you swipe any of your cards, they told me it was just certain ones...it’s all of them every time I have to go pay inside, but never have issues at other locations just every single pump I have been to at this location

Horrible service on three occasions I've been in there and had to wait for the two employees to work their way through everyone getting ice cream instead of one working ice cream and one working register. One of those times I waited over ten minutes with an arm full of things. Nothing very convienient about this place!

Went to get a malt here, after drinking it on the way home it was full of plastic scraps... needless to say i was not happy.
