The sales girl was most helpful in making a decision on what kind of phone to get.. She was most knowledgeable.. She was able to transfer all my information from one phone to the other.. She was very kind and patient with me..

Liz and Julio were extremely helpful this morning in transferring data from iPhone 6 to SE. Best customer service ever!! Will definitely go back.

The store rep Bryan and store manager Greg were super helpful. They did everything I asked them to do. I purchased a new phone and the data transfer took 2 hours because I have so much information on my phone but the staff were super patient and assisted me. Went there yesterday to upgrade my phone and service. Staff was awesome. It wad a simple no frills experience. I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't need. Everyone was helpful and handled my requests perfectly. I will be going back in the future.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and just an all around great guy. We had so much fun setting up my new AT&T service. Just want to say that the store was very clean and as soon as you walk in you get a friendly smile. Sometimes just a smile makes the day better.
Went in to see what plans were available and thanks to Jonathan R. he explained everything and made the process go so much smoother. I like how he took his time to explain everything and how my monthly statement would be broken down so I don't get be surprised when I get my first bill. Thank you Jonathan for all your help. Omar is absolutely phenomenal here! I am the most indecisive person and he was so patient with my husband and I. Felt so comfortable working with him, as he was very honest about what our best options were, and what he recommends against. Don’t think twice about coming it! I had recently visited this store to upgrade my phone. The reps who helped me out was very knowledgeable and courageous. Not only he hooked me up with a new phone and a watch he also lowered my monthly bill from $320 to $260 with a better data plan! Definitely loved the service there. I will always come here!! :)

This store is has a new manager and both he and the associate were knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Made the experience enjoyable! I had seen poor reviews but the issues at this store appear fully rectified!

I came in with a phone issue and the very nice gentleman named Jon helped me fix it. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated how efficient and smooth my visit was. I will most definitely be back to this location if i have any problems.

We visited the Commack AT&T at 6039 Jericho Turnpike, Commack NY for help in syncing our apple watches to our cellular phones. We could not ask for anyone more helpful than Mohammad a.k.a "Q" who was kind and considerate. He is unbelievably knowledgeable in accomplishing tasks that would be very difficult for my wife and I to do ourselves. We have met Mohammad in the past and he has helped explain very thoroughly many other things including our contracts with ATT. He he should be recognized as valued employee of AT&T and someone who can be relied upon to provide excellent customer support
