ShopRite of Commack

It was my first time ever in Commack. This supermarket is by far THE BEST fresh place ever. Cold cuts was fresh and bakery is outstanding. Scooters are all charged up, Every Shelf was stocked and great prices. My cart was full of groceries and I only spent 300 bucks. However, at least it was better then regular supermarket. This Shop rite is BIGGER then others. You won't be disappointed.

Staff was very friendly. Sales associate showed me how to use the digital coupon savings through the tablet she was helping me with and I was able to save. People are not just friendly but very patient and know very well how to work with the customers. At the cashier line both the cashier and the person bagging my stuff were especially very helpful when I had my hands full and needed extra help bagging my groceries.

Great! To start with they have a dunkin once u enter so If u get hungry you can just eat a snack so you wont be so hungry and also I love they have the fruits in order and that the fruits and vegetables are good and fresh!

Love ShopRite. They always have what you're looking for and never give you a problem if you need arrange it. The store is always clean and has a huge assortment. Way better than any stop & shop plus the prices are so much better

Love this Shoprite in Commack! You guys need to go over to the Shoprite in Bay Shore and train them. Train them on customer service, keeping product stocked and how to provide the ultimate shopping experience. Oh and how to slice deli meats and cheeses. No matter how many times I ask for my cheese to be stacked so it doesn't stick together and it breaks apart when you get home I still get it the same. Today I came here and my daughter went in to get me American cheese I was hesitant from my experience at Shoprite in Bay Shore. How wrong I was no two Shoprite's are the same or equal. My cheese was sliced and stacked to perfection and the guy who cut it put paper in between to keep it separated. You guys at Shoprite of Commack rock!

Despite being alone Casandra from the bakery department went above and beyond for us customers tonight. She was so nice and gave amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming to ShopRite at night time more often.

The most wonderful supermarket sushi & sashimi. Usually ready by 9:30a so delicious. Buy2Get1 free. And it's also awesome to shop for gifts and chocolates during Jewish holidays they have a huge selection. Thank you!

Everything on sale was in stock.
Everyone was very cooperative.
HENRY, our cashier, at 11 o'clock Saturday, July 15th, was wonderful.
My husband and I are seniors & it is hard for us. He was very patient and even took the time to show my
husband where the card button was on the phone.

They have great sales. They have more of a variety than my local stop and shop. I love that they have signs that tell you about the produce which is very helpful! I don't have to wait on long lines. I used to come here all the time, but started going to S&S cause it's closer and the gas rewards are awesome.

The best supermarket for miles. Always some kind of discount and the regular prices are very good. The store has a great atmosphere. The family who owns it knows what they are doing. I would like to take this opportunity to let the greenfield family know their bakery department is not what it used to be. Many months ago the apple pie used to be filled with apples now it is mostly syrup. The chocolate pudding ring is no longer moist and pudding like. Just two examples of a disappointment. Please get the old baker back.

Excellent prices, spacious isles, fresh produce. I liked everything except that it was busy in the parking lot (not their fault), and that many fresh herbs only come in organic (or super small prepackaged and not-so-fresh-looking) containers. Fish section looked good and didn't smell at all.

I came in for some 5 cents can recycling, and even the recycling site was extremely clean and all the machine was working. Wow! It was peaceful and everything ran smoothly. When going into the store for today dinner the place was again extremely clean, and very organized. It was as if one was heading into a Whole Foods with really great decent prices for the community. SHOP Rite I will make you or this site for offering best in environment in cleaniness and organization. Thank you for make your recycling site a Grade A plus plus! Wow. Also your customer service rep( store clerks), are the most friendliest. Wow thank you.!!!!

They always have what i need and they hardly change the store around like other stores which makes it easy for shoppers. I hate when a store changes things around it make it difficult to find your items. The best thing is their shelves, refrigerators and freezers are always full. I cannot think of any reason as to why i would go any where else.

This place is new and very clean the staff is super helpful and the prices are better on some items even compared to the ShopRite in Deer Park

There are plenty of shopping carts. Great staff at this location. Have been going there for over a decade. I recently posted a complaint and got immediate response by email and phone. I was impressed by the level of response. A great place to shop.

All the staff in the meat department are very friendly and helpful. Each person in this department always takes the time to help regardless of how busy they are. They were specifically helpful during the holidays with my questions about how to cook/cut the meat I wanted to purchase! I have had a much better experience at this location then other Shoprite locations on Long Island.

This place has a wide selection of stuff and is a nice size. Everything in it is always so clean: the aisles, the shelves, the food court in it, the bakery, etc. The bakery has so many delicious treats. The employees are very helpful too. Its just a really great place to shop in.

Had everything I was looking for. Good grocery store.
